Objective:On the basis of Buzhong Yiqi decoction, warming acupuncture and biofeedback electric stimulation therapy were used to treat the Pelvic organ prolapse of syndrome of deficiency of QI in perimenopausal period, which provided a feasible method for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:In this study,40 subjects were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture group(n = 20)and biological group(n = 20).According to diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,40 patients with Syndrome of deficiency of qi and prolapse of pelvic organs were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture group(n = 20)and biological group(n = 20).The two groups were based on Buzhong Yiqi decoction, the acupuncture group was treated with warm acupuncture and acupuncture, and the biological group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation. The course of treatment was 1month.The scores of TCM syndrome,PFDI-20 questionnaire score and POP-Q score were recorded before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups and draw a conclusion.Result:1.Comparison of PFDI-20 questionnaire scores: The scores of PFDI-20 questionnaire after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).Three months after treatment, the acupuncture group was superior to the biological group in improving the score(P < 0.05).Six months after treatment,P =0.215>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two methods in improving the long-term quality of life of the patients.2.Comparison of TCM symptom score: After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Three months after treatment,P=0.036 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that acupuncture and medicine group was better in improving the score of TCM syndromes.Six months after treatment,P=0.033< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that acupuncture and medicine group was superior to biological group in improving the score of TCM syndromes.3.POP-Q grading comparison: Three months after treatment,P=0.03 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the therapeutic effect of the two groups was different, and the curative effect of acupuncture and medicine group was better than that of biological group.Six months after treatment,P=0.017 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the therapeutic effect of the two groups was different, and the acupuncture group was better than the biological group. Conclusion:On the basis of Buzhong Yiqi decoction, warm acupuncture or pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse with mild to moderate qi deficiency syndrome. The two treatments are effective in improving the quality of life,TCM syndrome score and prolapse symptoms, among which the acupuncture and medicine group is superior to the biological group in improving the prolapse of patients and the short-and long-term effects of TCM syndromes. There was no significant difference in long-term efficacy between the two methods in improving the quality of life of patients.
