Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treating Heart And Kidney Disharmony Type Insomnia With Acupuncture And Salt Separated Moxibustion

ObjectiveTo view the clinical efficacy of treating heart and kidney disharmony type insomnia with acupuncture and salt separated moxibustion on Shenque, to discuss the method whether has the advantage, reveal its superiority and correctness in clinical application.Methods70 patients with insomnia from outpatient and inpatient ward were stochastically separated into treatment and control group, namely acupuncture and salt separated moxibustion on Shenque group, acupuncture group,35 cases each, a total of four courses. Through observing scores and change value of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and heart and kidney disharmony syndrome scale, we can get assessment of clinical curative effect.ResultsAfter finished, the treatment group in many observational index showed better than those in the control group, particularly showed in following ways: 1. comparison in the group:After finished, seven factors index and aggregate points of PSQI scale, do not hand over score of heart and kidney disharmony syndrome scale compared with before therapy were evidently reduced, revealing considerably noteworthy difference(P<0.01).2. comparison between groups:Aft-er treated, treatment group makes its sleep quality, sleep time, dysfunction changed preferable than control group, revealing considerably no noteworthy difference(P>0.05);in improving the sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs, total score,were statistically significant compared(P<0.05). While, when finished,change value of heart kidney disharmony syndrome scale were statistically significant (P<0.05). When finished between groups, the number of PSQI scale effect level was statistically significant compared (P<0.05), the number of heart and kidney disharmony syndrome scale effect level was considerably noteworthy difference compared (P<0.01).3. The follow-up:Follow-up treatment group of 25 people, the control group were followed up for 24 people, curative effect difference there was no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture and moxibustion with salt Shenque, acupuncture in treating heart and kidney disharmony type insomnia both have good curative effect. Look from total clinical result,we can think acupuncture and salt separated moxibustion Shenque is superior to single acupuncture, explaining the method of acupuncture and salt separated moxibustion on Shenque on treating heart and kidney disharmony type insomnia has advantages, and so it deserved applying and promoting in clinical work.
