Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effct Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction On Uterine Prolapse Due To Qi Deficiency

Objective : This study observed the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with PHENIX pelvic floor therapy instrument and PHENIX pelvic floor therapy instrument for the treatment of Qi deficiency uterine prolapse,evaluated the difference in the efficacy of the two methods of treatment of uterine prolapse,explore the treatment of uterine prolapse more effective method.Methods :This study collected 66 cases of uterine prolapse patients meeting the inclusion criteria from January 2017 to January 2018 in Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and all received basic treatment including health education and pelvic floor muscles.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group added Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(Huangqi,Baizhu,Chenpi,Shengma,Chaihu,Ginseng,Danggui,Psoralen,Duzhong,Xuduan,Sangjisheng,Duanlongmu,Wubeizi,Zhiqiao,Zhigancao)combined with PHENIX pelvic floor therapy instrument,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was decocted by the traditional Chinese medicine of Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,once daily,sooner or later,each time 200 ml,after meals;The patients in the control group were treated with the PHENIX pelvic floor therapy device on the basis of basic treatment.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.By observing the improvement of the symptoms of qi deficiency and changes in uterine prolapse,the statistical data were compared and analyzed.Results:The data obtained after the completion of clinical observations were analyzed by SPSS 23.0,and the results were analyzed.The results were as follows: After 2 months of treatment,the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treated group was 90.91%,and the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the control group was 60.61%.The results showed that the treatment group had more advantages in improving qi deficiency symptoms(P=0.001<0.05);the clinical efficacy of uterine prolapse was 87.88% in the treatment group and 57.58% in the control group,suggesting that the treatment group could be better relieved Clinical symptoms of uterine prolapse(P=0.0019<0.05).However,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the entire treatment period.Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with PHENIX pelvic floor therapy instrument has definite clinical curative effect on the treatment of qi deficiency type uterine prolapse.It can better improve the symptoms of qi deficiency and uterine prolapse,and improve the patient's quality of life to a certain extent.
