The Clinical Observation About Chinese Decoction Uniting Fire Needle To Treat Circumscribed Neurodermatitis

Objective:Observing clinical curative effect about Chinese decoction (Yangxue xifeng decoction addition and subtraction) uniting Fire needle to treat Bloody deficiency and wind dryness syndrome Neurodermitis.Method:Choosing 72 patients from dermatology department outpatient service of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who conforms to Bloody deficiency and wind dryness syndrome Neurodermitis. According to treatment sequence,72 patients are divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group, each group has 36 patients. Treatment group adopts the method of Yangxue xifeng decoction uniting Fire needle treatment to treat. Control group adopts eating runzaozhiyang capsule to treat. The period of treatment is 6 weeks. Observing respectively and recording the changes in skin lesions score about two groups’patients at the end of one week, two weeks, four weeks and six weeks. And comparing respectively 2 groups’patients subjective symptom and objective symptom before the treatment, after the treatment. In the end, it judges the curative effect.Result:1. At the end of one week treatment, treatment group and control group are compared with the former, skin lesions scores have no statistics meaning (P>0.05), and have no clinical comparability. At the end of 2 weeks treatment, treatment group and control group are compared with the former, skin lesions scores have significant difference(P<0.05). At the end of 4 weeks treatment, treatment group is compared with control group, skin lesions scores have significant difference.2. At the end of 6 weeks treatment, therapeutic index is considered as criterion of curative effect. The patients of treatment group have the examples of clinical recovery 14 persons, the effective examples 14 persons, the efficacious examples 6 persons, the ineffective examples 2 persons, total effective rate is 77.8%; The patients of control group have the examples of clinical recovery 9 persons, the effective examples 10 persons, the efficacious examples 11 persons, the ineffective examples 6 persons, total effective rate is 52.8%. The patients of 2 groups are compared with each other, there is significant difference.3. At the end of 6 weeks treatment, Comparing respectively the degree of itching and accompanying symptom scores of patients between treatment group and control group, there exists significant difference.Conclusion:1. Yangxue xifeng decoction can obviously ease patients’types and distribution of skin lesions and degree of itching. In the aspect of improving pigment deposition and accompanying symptom, it also has great curative effect.2. Yangxue xifeng decoction uniting Fire needle is the safe and efficient method to treat limitation Neurodermitis.
