Objective: To evaluate the effect of flat tip fire needle cauterizition theraputic technique on the treatment of localized neurodermatitis(syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire)by comparing with liquid nitrogen freezing method. The evaluation of skin lesions before and after treatment and the comprehensive curative effect were evaluated. The clinical efficacy and safety of the law, with a view to the clinical selection Jane, then, cheap, test the basis of traditional Chinese medicine to provide the basis. Methods: Through to the principle of randomized control,69 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups, and informed consent was signed. The two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, oral administration of bastatin tablets, the treatment group to flat head fire needle treatment of the affected area, the control group to liquid nitrogen frozen treatment of the affected area, the two groups were treated once a week for a total of 4 weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment,follow-up recurrence. Before and after treatment, the scores of skin lesions, anxiety scale and systemic and local adverse reactions were recorded, and the data were analyzed statistically and analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19.0.Results:1 After 4 weeks treatment, comparing the efficacy index, total lesion scoreand the total effective rate between groups,P> 0.05,no significant difference between the two groups;comparing the obvious curative rate,P <0.05,and the difference was significant.2 After treatment, comparing the lesion area score, thickness score and pruritus score between groups,P> 0.05,it indicats that the two groups were not significantly different;3 There was no significant difference between the lesion area and the thickness score before and after treatment.Comparing the difference of the pruritus score and pruritus score of follow-up,P <0.05,the difference was significant.4 Compared with the control group(P <0.05),the difference of the anxiety scale between the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the difference was significant.5 Bivariate correlation analysis, compared with before and after treatment score and anxiety score r> 0 P <0.05,indicating that the degree of disease and anxiety were positively correlated. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusion: The effect of flat head fire needle cauterization treatment on localized neurodermatitis is better than that of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation, especially in relieving itching, and there is no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups.
