The Research On The Clinical Effects And Follow-up Period Of Neurodermatitis Treated By Fire Needle Combined With Acupoint Injection

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical curative effect of fire needle combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of neurodermatitis and to observe the effects of recurrence during follow-up, and objective evaluation of fire needle combined with the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection for the treatment of neurodermatitis and recurrence during follow-up process, in order to make a beneficial exploration to reduce the recurrence of the disease.Methods:Three separate studies, randomized, controlled method, put into the standard of 72 patients were randomly divided into group A (treatment group) 36 cases, group B 36 cases (control group). Using fire needle prick local group A is acupuncture point, every 5, do A course of treatment, A total of treatment 4 times. Li 11 point injection, the foot three mile, liver fire and gb 34, rheumatism aggregates with wind, resistance, blood deficiency and blood dryness, wind point used interchangeably, day time, a total of 20 days of treatment. Group B choose halide betamethasone cream outside cha in skin lesions, diminishing the use of hormone therapy, the first week of 1/time, the second week,2/time,3 weeks,3/time. Fourth,4/second,5 weeks. Follow-up of 6 months after treatment. During follow-up, observe two groups of cases recurrence rate, skin lesions, the quality of life, anxiety state, and through the related evaluation comparison, expectation through comparing the curative effect, symptom improvement, psychological improvement, which discuss fire needle combined with the clinical curative effect of point injection to reduce recurrence of neurodermatitis.Results:1. The baseline of the treatment group and control group were almost alined (P>0.05), thus the two group were comparable.2. Fire needle combined with acupoint injection group and western medicine for external use to treat over half year relapse cases during the follow-up period are statistically significant (P< 0.05). There is no statistically significant in total effective rate after treatment (P> 0.05).3. The two groups after treatment was detected before evaluation and treatment are statistically significant (P< 0.01).4. The quality of life score before and after treatment of the two groups treatment is statistically significant(P< 0.01).5. The Hamilton’s anxiety scales of two groups before and after treatment are statistically significant (P< 0.01).6. There are no statistically significant of skin evaluation, skin disease quality of life and Hamilton’s anxiety scales of two groups after treatment (P> 0.05).7. The two groups after treatment were followed up for 1 month,3 months,6 months, the treatment group in improving the recurrence, skin lesions, the quality of life, Hamilton’s anxiety scales aspects are better than halogen betamethasone group. (P<0.05).Conclusion:This experiment through the clinical observation showed that:1. The fire needle combined with acupoint injection with halogen betamethasone neurodermatitis treatment have good curative effect;2. The fire needle combined with acupoint injection in the improvement of recurrence of neurodermatitis forward curative effect superior to halogen betamethasone;3. This study provides treating neurodermatitis with curative effect is a kind of method, which is one of the side effects of glucocorticoid good alternative.
