Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Antihypotensive Drink Plus Or Minus On Endothelin And Nitric Oxide Levels In Patients With Hyperactive Hepatic Yang Hypertension

Objective:By observing the blood pressure,endothelin and nitric oxide levels and their TCM syndromes efficacy of the patients receiving antihypertensive decoction plus or without treatment,the mechanism of action,efficacy and safety of this prescription were obtained,and the scientific basis was studied to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The 43 patients included in this study from the outpatient clinics of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were all diagnosed with hyperthyroidism of liver Yang hypertension within 12 months from October 2018 to October 2019.Changes in TCM symptoms,blood pressure,endothelin,nitric oxide and routine tests(safety indicators)were compared for each patient after taking antihypertensive decoction plus or minus one course(i.e.,4 weeks).Finally,statistical software SPSS23.0 was used to compare and analyze the collected data and draw a conclusion.Results:The improvement of blood pressure after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment,and the value was better after treatment There was a significant difference in syndrome score before and after treatment,and the value was lower after treatment.Endothelin and nitric oxide levels were significantly different in patients before and after medication,ET(before treatment)>ET(after treatment),and NO(before treatment)After treatment,there were no abnormalities of routine tests(safety indicators such as liver function,kidney function,electrocardiogram,hematuria and stool routine).Conclusion:Antihypertensive decoction can be used for the treatment of hyperthyroidism of liver Yang type hypertension and effectively relieve its symptoms.At the same time,it can reduce the endothelin and increase the nitric oxide level.The antihypertensive drink is safe and reliable in the test process with no adverse reactions,which can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and improve the quality of daily life of patients.
