The Clinical Study For The Treatment Of Menopause Syndrome By Jiawei Yuyin Decoction

Objective:Through the clinical research on Jiawei Yuyin Decoction in the treatment of menopause syndrome,the effectiveness of Jiawei Yuyin Decoction in the treatment of menopause syndrome is explored to provide a better theoretical basis and effective treatment plan for clinical application.Methods:Using the self-control method before and after treatment,forty patients with menopause syndrome were treated with Jiawei Yuyin Decoction.1 month is a course of treatment,1?2 courses of treatment was given to patients.During the observation,2 patients fell off,and the remaining 38 patients completed the treatment.After the course of treatment,compare the patients'clinical symptoms before and after treatment,improved Kupperman score,symptom score of Traditional Chinese Medicine,changes in serum sex hormone levels.And then,use statistical software SPSS21.0 for data analysis.Results:After treatment,38 patients were cured in 6 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate(92.11%).After treatment,the modified Kupperman score and symptom score of Traditional Chinese Medicine were significantly lower than before treatment,and all had extremely significant differences(P<0.01).These symptoms' improvement effects are most obvious,consisting of hot flashes and sweating,feverish sensation over the five centers,as well as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,and the effective rates of these symptoms are more than 90%.Serum FSH level and LH level were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of E2 increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiawei Yuyin Decoction has a definite clinical effect on the treatment of patients with menopause syndrome.There are no obvious adverse reactions.It has a significant improvement on various clinical symptoms.
