Objective： This paper on the basis of TCM theory of kidney disease，type2diabetesmellitus complicated with hypertension deficiency were discussed with the etiology andpathogenesis of stasis patients，and the treatment of type2diabetic patients withhypertension were self Yu yin Hua yu double-reducing decoction.In order to demonstrateYuyin huayu double-reducing is an effective method for treatment of diabetes mellituscomplicated with hypertension.Methods： Selection of hypertension in patients with type2diabetes mellitus patientswith kidney-yin deficiency of60blood stasis，were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group two groups.The treatment group was given the basic treatment ofwestern medicine，and then be Yuyin Huayu double-reducing Decoction interventiontherapy；the control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine.Observedbefore and after treatment，clinical symptoms and signs，blood glucose，glycosylatedhemoglobin，blood pressure，blood lipsds，membrane function， score changes of bodymass index and TCM Syndrome Scale，treatment for8weeks.Results： Through the observation of the two groups before treatment，gender，age，course of disease and other baseline data showed no statistically significant difference，comparable.
