Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Syndrome Before And After Menopause (Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome) From The Treatment Of Self-designed Zishen Yuyin Decoction Addition And Substraction

Purpose: To observe the effects of the self-designed zishen yuyin decoction in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome of syndrome before and after menopause to improve the situation,and compared with kuntai capsule,clinical curative effect and mechanism of zishen yuyin decoction with the treatment of this disease.Method: 72 cases of syndrome before and after menopause(kidney yin deficiency syndrome)were selected from gynecology clinic of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Follow the random principles,divided into treatment groups and control groups.In the course of treatment,according to the standard of case abscission and elimination,the actual observation cases were 30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The patients in the treatment group were given the self-designed zishen yuyin decoction twice daily,with a course of 2 weeks.Patients in the control group took kuntai capsules three times a day and took 2 weeks as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the results were observed.Result: In terms of overall efficacy,the total effective rate of zishen yuyin decoction was 90%.The total effective rate of kuntai capsule was 77.42%,and the two groups had a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of syndrome before and after menopause(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome),but the therapeutic effect of the self-designed zishen yuyin decoction was better than kuntai capsule.In terms of the symptom score of Chinese Medicine and Kupperman score,both zishen yuyin decoction and kuntai capsule can reduce the scores,but zishen yuyin decoction is superior to kuntai capsule.In terms of the curative effect of single Chinese medicine syndrome,hot sweat out,irritability,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,five upset hot,insomnia dreaminess,dizziness and tinnitus and dry mouth improvement,zishen yuyin decoction is better than that of kuntai capsule.Conclusion: According to the result of the experiment contrast,found that the treatment group and control group chooses the formulas in the treatment of the syndrome before and after menopause(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)has good curative effect,since the self-designed zishen yuyin decoction is better than that of kuntai capsule.At the same time,the treatment group has not seen the occurrence of intolerance in the course of treatment,which indicates that the treatment of patients with the effective and safe improvement of the patient’s condition can improve the quality of life.
