The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy In The Treatment Of Yuxue Of Tumor-induced Fever

Objective:Observation by the clinical efficacy of the method of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy in the treatment of tumor-induced fever.Methods:Explore the method of randomized controlled trials, randomly divided the experimental objects who in line with diagnosis into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given the same basic treatment. For tumor-induced fever, the treatment were treated by take Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy which created by teacher, Control group were treated by indomethacin suppository cork the anus, a treatment for seven days. Compare the Two kinds of treatment methods in the Composite efficacy, Karnofsky score, fever range, etc. for comparison. Compare the results, analysis of the efficacy of the method of benefiting vital energy,so as to analysis the treatment of tumor-induced fever by Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy. Results:(1) Compare the effect of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy with comprehensive treatment:the treatment group, the total efficiency is 80%,the control group, the total efficiency is 53.33%, the treatment group than the control group. p<0.05, It has statistically significant.(2) Compare the effect of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy with fever of the magnitude of impact:by the T test comparing the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different (p<0.01).(3) Compare the effect of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy with cancer of white blood cell count,p>0.05, that its meaningless.(4) Compare the effect of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu Therapy with fever Karnofsky score impact:the treatment group before and after treatment Karnofsky score increase the stability rate of 90%.In the control group Karnofsky score increase stability rate of 83.33%. p<0.05, It has statistically significant.Conclusion:The results of this study shows that in the treatment tumor-induced fever, the effete of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu therapy can effectively improve the patients'living quality,cooling rate and the clinical symptoms exactly. But its meaningless to the white blood cell count.
