Clinical Retrospective Analysis Of Qihuang Baoshen Decoction In The Treating Of CKD Stage3-4 With Dyslipidemia

Objective:In this study,retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 cases of CKD stage 3-4(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp turbidity and blood stasis syndrome)complicated with dyslipidemia,and the changes of laboratory indicators and related symptoms before and after treatment were observed,so as to explore the possibility of TCM in delaying the progression of renal function and regulating the blood lipid.Methods:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected,all of whom were from the outpatient department and inpatient department of the tenth department of kidney of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed as chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 complicated with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney deficiency,dampness and turbidity and blood stasis syndrome).On the basis of general treatment(including rest,exercise,diet,symptomatic treatment,etc.),all patients were treated with Qihuang Baoshen Decoction as the basic prescription.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks,and self-control test was performed before and after the treatment.The changes of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,Scr,BUN,Cys-C,e GFR,UA,blood pressure,and traditional Chinese medicine symptomatology were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of western medicine was 90%;(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptoms was 85.71%,and the overall symptoms of the patients were relieved to varying degrees(p < 0.05),and the total score of TCM symptoms was significantly lower than that before treatment(p < 0.01),with significant difference;(3)The blood lipid indexes(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)conformed to the normal distribution.Compared with that before treatment at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,there was a decrease(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;(4)Renal function indexes(BUN,Scr,Cys-C,e GFR,UA)all conformed to normal distribution.After 6 weeks of treatment,BUN and Cys-C showed no statistical difference(P > 0.05),while Scr,e GFR and UA improved(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,BUN,Cys-C,Scr,e GFR,UA were all relieved(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;(5)After treatment,blood pressure levels(SBP,DBP)were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Qihuang Baoshen Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stage 3-4 CKD complicated with dyslipidemia(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp turbidity and blood stasis syndrome).(2)Qihuang Baoshen Decoctionn can effectively regulate blood lipid metabolism and reduce blood pressure in patients with stage 3-4 CKD complicated with dyslipidemia(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp turbidity and blood stasis syndrome).(3)Qihuang Baoshen Decoction for the treatment of stage 3-4 CKD complicated with dyslipidemia(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp turbidity and blood stasis syndrome)can effectively improve the patient's renal function and GFR.
