Retrospective Clinical Study On Modified Kidney Failure Prescription In Treating CKD3 Stage Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency And Damp-turbid Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose:By observing the effects of multichannel treatment dominated by shenshuai formula and cassia twig to the deficiency of yang of both spleen and kidney and blood silt and damp pathogen syndrome of the CKD3 patients,I can have a further understanding of the effect of this treatment to laboratory index and clinical symptom of TCM and provide more data and evidences to guide medicine clinical practice of TCM.Material and Methods: 1.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,among 96 diagnosed cases with above-mentioned syndromes by the nephrology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2015 January to 2016 September,52 cases were chosen to put into the research.The control group was consisted of 26 patients treated with Renal failure Ning tablet formula-dominated treatment.And the treatment group included 26 patients treated mainly with Shenshuai formula and cassia twig.2.The two groups were given symptomatic treatment with low salt and fine protein to correct anemia and disturbance of water and electrolyte and acid-base balance.And the two groups were also given other same treatments: Jiangdan decoction retention enema five times per week;Colon Dialysis twice a week.However,for treatment group,the patients took Shenshuai formula and cassia twig TCM decoction,100 ml three times a day to drink.For control group,the patients took Renal failure Ning tablet,5 tablets,one day 3times.The treatment course for both teams was two weeks.3.Observe the differences in clinical symptoms,signs and TCM score of patients in two groups before and after the treatment.Compare the change of Scr,BUN and Ccr before and after the treatment of two groups.Results:Therapy Effect: The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and that of the control group was 76.7%.95% of CI is overlapping.There was no statistical difference.TCM Treatment Efficiency: The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.3% and that of the control group was 57.70%.95% of CI was not overlapping.There was statistical difference.Conclusion: The triple therapy of oral Shenshuai and GuiZhi formula,Jiangdan decoction TCM retention enema and colon dialysis therapy on the basis of Western Medicine can be used as the clinical choice to patients who biong to spleen-yang deficiency and dampness blood stasis syndrome in CKD3 period.What's more,and the treatment regimen can improve the TCM syndromes and urea nitrogen levels more effectively.
