Multi-channel Treatment Of CKD 3-4 Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency, Wet Turbidity And Phlegm Syndrome Type Clinical Study

Purpose: By observing the way treatment Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, wet turbidity and blood stasis type: This retrospective analysis showed that CKD patients with curative effect to explore effect of the therapy on laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms of TCM, and to provide basis for further guiding TCM clinical practice.Material and method:1.All the patients were all nearly a year of kidney internal medicine department of our hospital in chronic kidney disease patients, in accordance with established diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, meet a total of 80 cases, and according to whether using traditional Chinese medicine external treatment, all patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each, control group patients due to personal reasons refused to accept the use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.2.Data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software, the normal data using x±s said, using the t test. Non parametric test is adopted to meet the normality, compared with Wilcoxon signed rank sum test, two independent samples are compared by U Mann-Whitney test. Two groups of grade count data using Ridit analysis, the results of the two groups 95%CI no overlap with statistical significance.Results:Disease curative effectIn the treatment group, 16 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 0 cases were stable, and 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 82.5%;In the control group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 4 cases were stable, and 18 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 45%.Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndromeIn the treatment group, 0 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 82.5%;In the control group: 0 cases were cured, 1 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 22 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 45%.Conclusion:Two schemes of "general treatment and external treatment" and "general therapy can to some extent improve Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, wet turbidity and blood stasis in patients with CKD physicochemical indexes, and relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine."General treatment and external treatment" is "general therapy" treatment effect is better, and shows the way treatment Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, damp turbidity and blood stasis chronic kidney disease advantage...
