Clinical Observation Of Bushenqudu Decoction On Qi Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney,Blood Stasis And Damp Turbidity Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To research the influence on Cruor and Fibrinolysis system and Nutritional status by Studying the effection on the Chronic Renal Failure(short for CRF) patient in Qi Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, Blood Stasis and Damp Turbidity, the Mechanism of Collateral Diseases which treated by Bushenqudu Decoction.Methods:Collect60cases which met inclusion criteria of3rd and4th stage of the Qi Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, Blood Stasis and Damp Turbidity of CRF, and divide them randomly into2groups, whom marked as Treatment Group and Control Group. All of them are treated based on conventional therapies, the whole period lasts for60days. The difference is that, the Treatment Group is treated by Bushenqudu Decoction and Control Group is treated by Uremic Clearance Granule. Test their serum creatinine(Scr), Blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum uric acid(SUA), plasma fibrinogen(FIB), Plasma fibrinogen degradation products(FDP), platelet(PLT), plasma albumin(ALB) and hemoglobin(Hb) before the study, and compute their creatinine clearance(Ccr). Statistical analysis are carried to compare the2groups.Result:Laboratory indexes show that, their Scr, BUN, SUA, FDP and PLT drop markedly (P<0.01) except FIB(P>0.05), comparing between before and after the experiment, with the raise of ALB, Hb and Ccr(P<0.01). Treatment Group shows more markedly difference at Scr, BUN, SUA, FDP, PLT, ALB, Hb and Ccr than the other group(P<0.05). On the other hand, the two groups has markedly drop of symptom integral after the experiment in Lassitude, breathe hard and lazy to speakanorexia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, tastelessness and hydroadipsia, lumbodynia, Sticky in mouth, limbs Trapped and numb, and so on(P<0.01or P<0.05), with the former8symptom more notable Treatment Group than Control Group (P<0.01or P<0.05), but there is no more significant difference in dim complexion and limbs numb(P>0.05).Conclusions:The two drugs are all advantageous to improving renal function, declining content of FIB, FDP, PLT, improving symptoms of Qi Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, and Blood Stasis and Damp Turbidity. Bushenqudu Decoction has more efficaciousness than Uremic Clearance Granule in the former matters.
