Clinical Research On Yishenhuazhuoshengxue Decoction In Treating Renal Anemia(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Wet Turbidity Syndrome)in Chronic Kidney Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huazhuo Shengxue Recipe in the treatment of renal anemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency and wet turbidity syndrome),and to provide theoretical basis for the effectiveness and safety of Yishen Huazhuo Shengxue Recipe in the treatment of renal anemia.To provide clinicians with a new method and new ideas for the treatment of renal anemia.Methods: In this study,76 patients who were treated in the Second Division of Nephrology of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to September2019 were eligible for chronic kidney disease stage 3 with moderate renal anemia.It was randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in each group were given conventional treatment of chronic anemia of kidney disease in western medicine,diet control,iron supplementation,red blood cell generation stimulants,control of primary disease,and correction of water.Salt and electrolyte disorders,diuretic and swelling,the treatment group was given Yishen Huazhuo Shengxue formula based on western medicine basic treatment.Changes in levels(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and adverse drug reactions.Effectiveness and safety of anemia.result:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome pointsThe clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups was statistically tested by P<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,proving that Yishenhuazhuoshengxue decoction combined with Western medicine has a definite effect on renal anemia And it is better than simple Western medicine treatment.The comparison between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group The improvement of the TCM syndrome scores after 8 weeks of treatment was significantly better than that of the control group P <0.05.Compared within the two groups,the treatment syndrome scores continued to improve after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment P <0.05,proving that both methods can improve renal anemia.(2)Comparison of anemia indicatorsRed blood cell level(RBC),hemoglobin level(Hb),hematocrit(Hct)comparison: the treatment group and the control group compare after treatment red blood cell level(RBC),hemoglobin level(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),After 4 weeks of treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,the detection results continued to improve compared with before,P <0.05,which was statistically significant,and the improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,P <0.05,has statistical significane.(3)Comparison of renal function indexesComparison of blood creatinine level(Scr)and urea nitrogen level(BUN): After treatment,the blood creatinine level(Scr)and urea nitrogen level(BUN)of the two groups of patients continued to improve after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,P<0.05,With statistical significance,after treatment for 8 weeks,the reduction of blood creatinine level(Scr)in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of safetyNo adverse reactions occurred in the two treatment methods.The detected indexes of liver function,electrocardiogram,blood coagulation function,and urine and urine routine showed no significant changes compared with before treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,detection and Before treatment,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Yishen Huazhuo Shengxue Decoction combined with western medicine has obvious curative effect on renal anemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency and dampness and turbidity syndrome),and it is improving symptoms,increasing hemoglobin level(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),and red blood cell count(RBC),reducing blood creatinine level(Scr),urea nitrogen level(BUN)are significantly better than traditional western medicine treatment.The safety is not significantly different from traditional western medicine treatment,so it is worth promoting vigorously in clinical.
