In this paper,Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia are selected as the research areas.By describing the spatial and temporal distribution of medical resources and residents' health at the regional, provincial and municipal scales, the spatial and temporal relationship between them is analyzed. It is not only a study of regional medical and health problems, but also a deepening of the research content of health geography. In this paper, the number of medical and health institutions, the number of medical and health beds, and the number of medical and health technical personnel are selected as indicators in the study of medical and health resources, and the average life expectancy, maternal mortality and infant mortality are selected as indicators of residents' health level.Firstly, the spatiotemporal distribution of medical and health resources and residents' health indicators is analyzed, and then the weights are constructed by entropy method In this paper, the evaluation system of medical and health resources per capita and per capita and per capita and per capita and per capita health level of residents are discussed, and their temporal evolution and spatial distribution are discussed. The correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and geographical weighted regression analysis are realized by SPSS and ArcGIS.The results are as follows:(1)From 1990 to 2015,the level of medical and health resources in Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia showed a general trend of fluctuating growth, among which Shanxi and Shaanxi were the most, and the main spatial performance was high in the South and low in the north. The per capita level of medical and health resources has decreased in some cities, but the overall fluctuation has increased, and the spatial distribution of each provincial capital city and its surrounding cities is dominant;the level of medical and health resources in each province has increased, and there are stable high-value areas near the provincial capital cities of Shanxi and Shaanxi, while the cities under the jurisdiction of Inner Mongolia have formed stable low-value areas in the northeast of the region due to the large area District.(2)From 2000 to 201 5,the health indicators and the health level of residents in Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia have been continuously improved. The average life expectancy gradually increased and decreased from the middle of the region to the edge;maternal mortality and infant mortality gradually decreased, the former was higher in the north and lower in the south, the latter was higher in the northeast and southwest of the region and lower in the central region. The health level of residents has always been slightly lower than the national level, but the growth rate is relatively high.In terms of spatial distribution,Shanxi and Shaanxi have the highest level. The high value areas are concentrated in the middle of the region from north to south, and the scope is gradually expanded. The low value areas are concentrated in the northeast and southwest of the region, and the differences between cities are gradually reduced.(3)Through the research on the relationship between medical and health resources and residents' health level in Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia from 2000 to 2015,the following conclusions are obtained:first, the correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between per capita and local average medical and health resources and residents' health level in the region, and the correlation between the latter is higher than the former. In terms of each index of medical and health resources, per capita and local average medical The correlation between the number of beds and the health level of residents is the highest. As far as the health indicators are concerned, the indicators of medical and health resources have the strongest promoting effect on the average life expectancy.Secondly, the stepwise regression analysis shows that the improvement of the average per capita and local medical and health resources will promote the increase of the health level of residents, including the number of medical beds per capita, the number of medical and health technicians per capita, and the average medical bed per capita The number of digits plays a more significant role in promoting the health level of residents, but the number of medical institutions per capita does not play a role in promoting it.Thirdly, the geographical weighted regression analysis shows that the indicators of medical and health resources per capita and per capita have a stronger role in improving the health level of residents in the northeast of the region, but a weaker role in promoting the health level of residents in the central and southern regions of the region, and then through per capita The binary regression analysis shows that the level of medical and health resources in Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia is the main factor affecting the health level of residents.
