Study On The Spatial-Temporal Relation Between Medical Resources And Resident Health Level Of Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Regions Of China

This article uses three provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in Hunan,Hubei,and Jiangxi as the study area.Taking provincial and prefecture level as the research unit,and be based on statistical yearbook,population census data,using descriptive statistics,map visualization,and spatial interpolation.It analyzes three major indicators of medical and health resources(medical and health institutions,number of medical technicians,number of beds of health care facilities)in Hunan,Hubei,and Jiangxi province,comprehensive level of medical and health resources,3 indicators of residents' health(average life expectancy,infant mortality,maternal mortality),time variation and spatial differentiation of residents' health level.Combining analysis results,studying the temporal and spatial relationship between health care resources and the health of residents.The results show that:In the aspect of spatial and temporal distribution of medical and health resources,Medical and health resources in the areas of Hunan,Hubei,and Jiangxi have made great progress within the study time frame.Hunan province is the best for its absolute amount of growth is very impressive meanwhile it has the fastest growth.Wuhan,Yichang,Jingzhou,Changsha,Hengyang,and Ganzhou are cities with higher total health care resources.Per capita possession of medical and health resources is lower than the national level in most years,but it's better,it shows the overall trend of fluctuations.The trend of changes in the time of medical and health resources with per capita data in Hunan Province and Hubei Province is similar.The cities with high population average level of healthcare resources are Wuhan,Yichang,Changsha,Zhuzhou and Nanchang.After empowering,modeling,and Calculating,we can see that the comprehensive level of per capita medical and health resources of Jiangxi Province is lowest,and the level between other provinces is increasing.The regions with higher comprehensive levels of medical and health resources include Wuhan,Changsha,Nanchang and northwestern Hubei.Geographic average level of health resources is higher than national level,and Hubei is the most impressive.As 3 provincial capital,Wuhan,Changsha,Nanchang are the high value core.In the aspect of spatial and Temporal Distribution of Residents' Health Level,life expectancy in the areas of Hunan,Hubei,and Jiangxi continues to rise in 2000 to 2015,the spatial differentiation of life expectancy of municipal population is obvious.Infant living conditions have also improved,and the trend of reduction in the past 15 years has been more pronounced.Wuhan and Nanchang have always been the low-value areas for infant mortality in 15 years.Maternal mortality rate continues to decrease in Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi provinces,the largest decline happened in Jiangxi Province.After calculating,residents in different cities in Xiang,E,and Gan regions have improved their health levels,the gap between them is gradually narrowing.There is a large spatial difference in city-level health,the trend of "central is high and eastern-western is low" changed to the trend of "northern higher than the southern".The temporal and spatial relationship between health care resources and residents' health level is the key research content of this paper.The development of medical and health resources has played a role in improving the health of residents.In general,Long-term scale correlation is more obvious than annual data.In th seelight of medical resources indicators,per capita medical and health institutions has the lowest impact on the health of residents,the number of medical technicians per capita and the number of beds in health care facilities per capita have a greater impact on it.Over time they are playing an increasing role.In the seelight of comprehensive level of medical and health resources,it also has different effects on the health indicators of various residents.It has the largest impact on life expectancy,they show moderately related relationships.It has a role in reducing infant mortality and maternal mortality over a longer period of time.Spatial Coupling Display of Comprehensive Level of Medical and Health Resources and Residents' Health Level shows a closely related in space between the twoof them.However,the relationship between geographic average level of health care resources and resident health level is lower than population average.There is a huge variety in correlation betwwen geographic average level of health care resources and resident health level,it's hard to find the law.
