Study On The Spatial-Temporal Relationship Between Medical And Health Care Resources And Residents' Health Level In Chuanyu Area

Background:Sichuan-Chongqing as a typical densely populated area in China,researching the relationship between the health resources allocation and the health level means a lot to overall constructing "Healthy China".Methods:Based on the data of Health Statistics and Population Census in Sichuan-Chongqing,taking provinces and cities as scales,this study mainly analyses the temporal-spatial evolution of health resources and health level in Sichuan-Chongqing.On this basis,through the correlation analysis,coupling analysis and regression analysis,we have further researched the relationship between health resources and health level of Sichuan-Chongqing.Conclusions:(1)Firstly,the allocation level of health resources between Western Sichuan Plateau and Sichuan basin is distinctly different.In Western Sichuan Plateau,the health resources level of per capita is high,the health resources level of per square kilometre is low;in Sichuan Basin the allocation situation is mostly opposite.Secondly,in the 2000-2015 years,the allocation level of health resources in Sichuan-Chongqing is greatly improved,and the location of the high value area and the high-speed growth area is different.Thirdly,in the 2000-2015 years,spatial difference of health resources in Sichuan-Chongqing is obvious.The difference of per square health resources is larger.the difference of per capita health resources is smaller,and the discrepancies in the former is not obvious reducing with time.Fourthly,the fairness level of health personnel allocation in Sichuan-Chongqing is the worst,and the fairness level of health institutions is the best.(2)Firstly,the health level of residents in Western Sichuan Plateau and Sichuan Basin is different.The health level in Western Sichuan Plateau is low,and the health level in Sichuan Basin is high.Secondly,the internal health level difference in Western Sichuan Plateau and Sichuan Basin are small.The health level difference in Sichuan-Chongqing is mainly caused by the external difference between Western Sichuan Plateau and Sichuan Basin.Thirdly,in the 2000-2015 years,the health level of the residents in Sichuan-Chongqing were greatly improved,and the range of higher health level areas were expanding,and the cities with backward health levels are growing faster.Fourthly,in the 2000-2015 years,the health level difference in Sichuan-Chongqing was small.and the reducing tendency with time was obvious.(3)Firstly.in Sichuan-Chongqing.the level of health resources on per square has great influence on the health level of residents(the correlation coefficient is 0.644.the coefficient of one element regression equation is 0.688);the level of health resources on per capita also has a significant influence on the health level of the residents(the correlation coefficient is 0.522,the coefficient of one element regression equation is 0.591),the former has a deeper impact.Secondly,in Sichuan-Chongqing,the number of health technicians has no significant influence on the health level of residents,and the per capita health organization bed number has a great influence on the health level of the residents(the correlation coefficient is 0.548,the coefficient of stepwise regression equation is 0.006),and the per square number of health institutions also has a great influence on the health level of the residents(the correlation coefficient is 0.640,the coefficient of stepwise regression equation is 0.605).Suggestions:In Sichuan-Chongqing areas,the allocation level and the fairness level of medical and health resources should be further improved,so as to improve the health level of the region.
