The temporal and spatial changes of medical and health resources have important influence on residents' health level.By descriptive statistics, spatial analysis and stepwise regression etc, this paper analyses the spatiotemporal change of the absolute number, per capita, area average number of medical and health resources(the medical and health institutions, the beds in medical and health institutions, and the medical and health technicians)of Anhui,Jiangsu and Shanghai, and the level of per capita indicator, the level of area average number indicator, and the health indicators of residents(average life expectancy, infant mortality, maternal mortality)and the health level of the residents, and the spatio-temporal relationship between indicators and level of medical and health resources and indicators and level of residents' as follows:(1)On the spacial-temporal variations of medical and health resources:In 2000-2015 years, per capita and area average health resources in most cities has kept growing, and the high and low value aggregated areas of per capita and area average health resources in all cities are all stable.Specifically,in 2000-2015 years, per capita and area average health resources increased by 90.32%and 96.77%.In 2000-2015 years, the high concentration area of the level of per capita health resources was stable in Nantong,Changzhou,Suzhou in South of Jiangsu and Shanghai, and the low concentration area of the level of per capita health resources was stable in Suqian and Lianyungang in Northern Jiangsu. The high concentration of area average level of health resources was stable in Nantong,Suzhou in South of Jiangsu and Shanghai. In addition to Lianyungang in 2000,the low concentration areas of area average level of health resources was Anqing in other years.(2)On the spacial-temporal variations of residents' health level:In 2000-2015 years, the residents' health level in all the cities has kept increasing, and the high value gathering areas of residents' health level are relatively stable, the low value aggregation area change greatly.Specifically,in 2000-2015 years, the high concentration area of residents' health level was stable, including Nantong in Suzhou,Changzhou,Suzhou in South of Jiangsu and Shanghai, there is no stable low value zone of the low concentration area of residents'health level.(3)On the spacial-temporal relationship between medical and health resources and the residents' health level:On regional scale,in 1990-2015 years, the per capita medical and health resources are highly related to the residents' health level, and there is no correlation between the area average health resources and residents' health level. On the provincial scale,in 1990-2015 years, per capita and area average health resources are positively related to average life expectancy and health level of residents, and negatively related to infant mortality and maternal mortality;the correlation betweenhe per capita medical and health resources and residents' health indicators and residents'health level is stronger than the correlation between area average health resources and residents' health indicators and residents' health level. On the city scale,in 2000-2015 years, per capita and area average health resources are also positively related to average life expectancy and residents' health level, negatively related to infant mortality and maternal mortality;the correlation between per capita health resources indicators, residents' health indicators and levels is higher than the correlation between area average health resource indicators and level and residents' health indicators and level. In 2000-2015 years, among the indicators of per capita health resources, only the per capita health institution beds has positive impact on average life expectancy, infant mortality rate, maternal mortality rate and residents' health level. In 2000-2015 years, among the indicators of area average health resources, only the area average health institution beds has positive impact on average life expectancy, infant mortality rate, maternal mortality rate and residents' health level.A single regression analysis of the per capita and area average health resources and the residents' health level showed that the per capita and area average health resources both had certain positive impact on the residents'health level, and the effects were both weak. The gradual regression analysis of the per capita and area average health resources and the residents' health level showed that only the per capita health resources had positive influence on residents' health level, and the influence was great.
