Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yigong Powder In Treating Infantile Anorexia (Spleen Deficiency And Liver Prosperity Syndrome)

Object:The project is mainly to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Yigong San in treating infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)through clinical case observation,to explore new ideas for prevention and treatment of infantile anorexia,and to provide effective and theoretical foundation for seeking new prevention and treatment methods of infantile anorexia.Methods : Collected clinical cases from September 2018 to September 2019 in the pediatric Department in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,which were diagnosed as infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance).Above cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,providing separately with Jiawei Yigong San and Erpixing Granules,and the dosage of each group was varied according to the age of the children,in which the treatment group took decoction,one dose daily,drinking warmly twice a day in the morning and evening,lasting 10 days as a course of treatment;the control group took the Erpixing Granules,three times a day,lasting 10 days.Observed the improvement of symptoms before and after the treatment in the two groups,with orexis and appetite as the cardinal symptoms;complexion,physique,ozostomia,character,and sleep quality as the subordinate symptoms.Collected,recorded,and calculated the scores of the symptoms before and after treatment,and analyzed the relevant data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yigong San.Monitored temperature,respiration,heart rate,and blood pressure,etc.before and after treatment to evaluate the safety of drug.Results: 1.The total score of Jiawei Yigong San and Erpixing Granules before and after treatment is P<0.05,both groups are effective in treating infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance);2.The total effective rate of Jiawei Yigong San in treating infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)is 96.7%,and the rate of Erpixing Granules is 83.3%,the Jiawei Yigong San is more effective than Erpixing Granules(P<0.01);3.Jiawei Yigongsan can improve the orexis and appetite of infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)(P<0.05),and it is significantly more effective than Erpixing Granule in improving orexis(P<0.01);4.Jiawei Yigong San can significantly improve the orexis(P<0.01),appetite(P<0.05),character(P<0.01),ozostomia(P<0.05)and sleep quality(P<0.05)of the secondary symptoms in infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)Syndrome,which is significantly better than Erpixingxing Granules;5.Jiawei Yigong San and Erpixing Granules had no significant difference in improving complexion and physique(P>0.05).6.The children had no adverse reactions while during the treatment,their vital signs were stable.Conclusion:Jiawei Yigong San can effectively ameliorate anorexia,and improve the main symptoms and some secondary symptoms in treating infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance);it is more effective than Erpixing Granules in treating orexis,appetite,character,ozostomia and sleep quality.
