Clinical Study Of Infantile Anorexia In The Treatment Of Anorexia Of Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Type Children

Objective:In this study,the effectiveness and safety of children anorexia therapy with a tutor’s self-designed anorexia recipe for children with spleen and stomach deficiency were observed.Methods: Children with anorexia who chose to visit the clinic were randomly divided into64 children who met the diagnostic criteria,incorporated criteria,and excluded criteria.The experimental group(32cases)and the control group(32cases),In the course of the test,the test group and the control group fell off two cases respectively,treated for 4 weeks and the children’s appetite was observed respectively.,food intake,weight,Statistical analysis of mental state,face color,stool condition,sweating condition and TCM symptom score.If P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and it should be noted that there are no adverse reactions in the clinical treatment of children and timely treatment.Results:(1)The general baseline data of children’s general baseline data on sex,age,course,weight,and pre-treatment of the main disease,namely,appetite and food intake,are statistically comparable and comparable(P>0.05).(2)The difference of total points in the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),From the point of view of clinical symptom score difference,the difference between main symptom appetite,food intake,secondary symptom appearance,weight,stool,and sweat has statistical significance(P<0.05),the results showed that the anorexia group was superior to the polyenzyme grop in the treatment of anorexia in the improvement of symptoms.(3)The effect of the test group after the treatment was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Pediatric anorexia group has a good effect in the treatment of spleen and stomach anorexia.(4)There were no adverse events during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: The tutor’s own children’s anorexia prescription has a good clinical effect on children’s anorexia with spleen and stomach deficiency.Its clinical effect is better than that of multi-enzyme tablets.It improves appetite,food intake,weight,face color,defecation,sweat,etc.Clinical symptoms have advantages,It has clinical application and popularization value.
