Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Dong Yin (Chronic Gastritis) By Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of "8" ring stitch of zhuang medicine and routine acupuncture of zhuang medicine on the treatment of Dong Yin,and to select the best treatment plan of zhuang medicine acupuncture,so as to provide reference for the treatment plan of zhuang medicine acupuncture on the treatment of Dong Yin.Methods: Ninety cases of patients conforming to diagnosis of rice Yin were selected and randomly divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group 30 cases each according to the treatment sequence no.1-90.Observation group 1 and observation group 2 al-l chose the same acupuncture point according to the principle of match-ing points of "round sky with square earth" :TSBh2-4,RFh2-3,6,9,12,DNSg,DNsz,DQsz,DNSg,DNsz,DQsz,DZBh2-6,9 Observation group 1 adopted the "8" ring stitch of zhuang medicine.In observation group 2,acupuncture was performed by conventional zhuang medicine.Acupuncture was performed in the order of "first up,then down,first left,then right".No lifting,thrusting and twisting wer performed after acupuncture at the two groups of acupoints,The needles were kept for 30 min,and acupuncture was performed 3 times a week for 4 weeks,with 1 course of treatment.The control group was giv-en orally omeprazole entericsoluble capsule and bismuth potassium citrate capsule,4 weeks of 1 course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the digital pain scale(NRS)and the spleen and stomach disease PRO score scale were recorded for symptom score evaluation,anxiety selfevaluation scale(SAS),clinical efficacy evaluation,as well as safety evaluation and longterm efficacy evaluation 3 months after the end of one course of treatment.Results: 1.After treatment,the NRS score,the total symptom score of spleen and stomach disease PRO score scale,and the self-evaluation anxiety scale(SAS)in the three groups were of high statistical significance(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the NRS score,the total symptom score of the spleen and stomach disease PRO score scale,and the self-evaluation anxiety scale(SAS)were of high statistical significance among the three groups(P < 0.01).3.After treatment,in terms of NRS score and SAS,the comparison between observation group 1 and observation group 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between observation group 1 and observation group 2 and the control group was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of the total score of symptoms in the PRO score scale of spleen and stomach diseases,there were significant differences between the three groups(P<0.01).4.Comparison of clinical effective rate,the total effective rate of the three groups after treatment was: observation group 1 was 96.33%,observation group 2 was 86.67%,and control group was 63.33%.The comparison between the three groups was highly statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was highly statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusions: Zhuang medicine acupuncture based on the acupoint principle of "round sky with square earth","8" ring stitch of zhuang medicine and routine acupuncture of zhuang medicine to treat Dong Yin,two groups of clinical curative effect in statistics,but "8" ring stitch of zhuang medicine total effective rate is greater than the routine acupuncture of zhuang medicine,can effectively improve the stomach pain,improve the anxiety situation and state of life,sleep,and the forward curative effect comparison,"8" ring stitch of zhuang medicine the recurrence rate is lower than routine acupuncture of zhuang medicine,security is good.
