| Objective: To provide objective data and basis for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae by the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases by the Zhuang Medicine plum blossom needle buckle and the Zhuang Medicine application.Methods: 60 patients with TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease due to damp heat and stasis were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random digital method.The control group was given oral gynecologic thousand gold tablets(Zhuzhou thousand gold pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd),6 tablets each time,3 times a day,14 days for 1 courses of continuous treatment,stop taking medicine during the menstrual period.On the basis of oral gynecologic qianjin tablets,the observation group was treated with Zhuang Medical plum blossom nee dle buckle thorn and Zhuang medical medicine application,first to pin buckle the four acupoints around the umbilicus and xiaguanyuan point,with mild to moderate buckle strength buckle to the skin flush,and then use Zhuang medicine application paste directly attached to the umbilical cord,and cover to the four acupoints around the umbilicus 2 inches by side and xiaguan yuan,outside with aseptic gauze covering,and fixed with a rubber cloth for 4-6 hours each time.Zhuang medicine plum needle acupuncture and Zhuang medicine application therapy1 times every 3 days,stop treatment during menstrual period,to the end of the medication course.Two groups of patients were treated with 2 courses of treatment.The interval between the two courses is 5 days,and sexual life is forbidden during treatment.After 2 courses of treatment in two groups,the clinical symptoms,signs,and VAS pain score were observed,and the improvement of clinical symptoms was followed up 3 months after treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group was 86.7%,63.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group.(2)In the comparison of the improvement of TCM symptoms in the observation group and the control group,The difference of the More leucorrhea,the Leucorrhea yellow,and oliguria with reddish urine was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),but the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)in the symptoms of Lower abdominal pain,Lumbosacral distention and pain,dysmenorrhea,fatigue,low heat fluctuation,pain aggravation after sexual intercourse or fatigue.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the right one.(3)Compared with the control group,the effect of the observation group on the improvement of local signs was higher in the observation group than in the control group in the aspects of uterine activity restriction and pressure pain,unilateral appendage pain and thickening,bilateral annexes thickening and pressure pain,tenderness of utero ligament,and thickening of the uterine sacral ligament.And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)In the comparison of VAS pain scores between the observation group and the control group,the observation group was better than the control group in improving the VAS pain score,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zhuang Medical plum blossom needle buckle acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medical Application in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae has good clinical effect,especially for the pain improvement of pelvic inflammatory disease,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
