Purpose: In this study,Zhuang Medicine “S” loop acupuncture therapy combined with HCG Injection(Chorionic gonadotropin for injection)were used to treat Luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).Compared with the HCG Injection therapy to study and explore the effect of Zhuang Medicine acupuncture therapy in the treatment of LUFS,and to provide a clinical basis for evaluating the effectiveness of Zhuang Medicine acupuncture therapy in the treatment of LUFS.It provides some new references and ideas for clinical treatment of LUFS.Therefore,it is more conducive to the promotion and application of acupuncture therapy in Zhuang Medicine. Methods: From February 2018 to October 2018,60 women who met the diagnostic criteria for LUFS and the criteria included in this study were selected. Before the study begins, input the sample size number 1~60 into SPSS21.0,set the fixed number of the random number generator to 2000000,randomly divide the 60 numbers into 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.According to the cases that meet the inclusion criteria during clinical implementation.Grouped treatments were entered into the belonging groups of the serial numbers corresponding to the sequence of clinical studies. At the 8th to 10 th day of menstrual cycle, the patients in both groups were monitored by vaginal ultrasound, and began to detect follicular development by vaginal ultrasound every 2 days. When the maximum diameter of follicles was ?14mm,the vaginal ultrasound was changed to daily at the same fixed time. When the dominant follicles which were monitored by vaginal ultrasound reached 18 mm or more, the corresponding group of treatment regimens were treated.HCG group was given 10000 U HCG intramuscular injection once. The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group, once a day for 3 days. Each group was treated for 3 menstrual cycles(3 courses),and observation records were recorded 48 hours after the end of the first treatment of each course of treatment until ovulation or continued appearance of LUFS signs(ie,the control group began to observe the records from 48 hours after the completion of each course of treatment, and the treatment group received the first after the 3-rd treatment of each treatment session.).The color Doppler ultrasonography was used to monitor, record and compare the follicular rupture and efflux before and after treatment in each group, the changes of endometrium on the mature follicle day before and after treatment and the occurrence of related adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the treatment group was cured in 11 cases, the cure rate was 36.67%,the total effective rate was 26 cases, the total effective rate was 86.67%;the control group was cured in 5 cases, the cure rate was 16.67%,total effective in 15 cases, the total effective rate was 50.00%.The endometrial thickness on mature follicle day before treatment was compared between the two groups.By independent sample t test,P=0.826,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness before and after treatment in the treatment group was compared with the paired sample t test.P=0.00,there was a significant difference(P<0.01);the endometrial thickness after treatment was compared between the two groups, and by the independent sample t test,P=0.00,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions: Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment combined with HCG Injection is effective in treating LUFS,which can effectively improve the ovulation rate of patients, and can improve the uterine intima thickness of patients with LUFS,and with higher safety during the treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
