| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture on qiaoyin and compare it with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.Methods: 60 qiaoyin patients who met the diagnostic criteria of this study were selected from the patients who were mainly from March 2019 to November 2019.According to the principle of random distribution into the treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.Among them,30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Acupuncture of Zhuang medicine.According to the treatment principle of disease differentiation of Zhuang medicine,acupoints were selected by special disease prescriptions,including Tiangong acupoint,Tupo acupoint,tianerhuan 4,8 and 12 acupoints,one ring on both sides of the back of the hand 5 acupoints,two rings on both sides of the back of the hand 4 and 10 acupoints,two rings on both sides of the knee11 acupoints,two external piles and one ring on both sides of the back of the foot 8 acupoints.In the control group,30 cases were treated with acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine,and acupoints were selected according to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The main acupoints were Baihui,Touwei and Fengchi;the matching acupoints were liver Yang headache plus Taichong,Taixi and Xiaxi;phlegm turbid headache plus Taiyang,Zhongwan,Fenglong and yinlingquan;blood stasis headache plus AISI,Neiguan and Xuehai;blood deficiency headache plus Qihai,Xuehai and Zusanli;kidney deficiency headache plus Taixi,Shenshu and Xuanzhong.After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)and qiaoyin comprehensive score changes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups to observe the therapeutic effect of qiaoyin.Spss19.0 was used to analyze the data.Results: the study showed that the VAS score and qiaoyin comprehensive score of Zhuang medicine acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Zhuang medicine acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture have good analgesic effect on qiaoyin and effectively reduce the number,duration and accompanying symptoms of qiaoyin attack(P > 0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of Zhuang medicine acupuncture on qiaoyin is 90%,and the recovery rate is 36%;the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on qiaoyin is 93%,and the recovery rate is 43%.The results showed that the two treatment methods had the same clinical effect distribution(P > 0.05)and could effectively treat qiaoyin.Conclusion: Zhuang medicine acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can reduce the pain degree,attack times,duration and accompanying symptoms of qiaoyin.The acupuncture of Zhuang medicine adopts the principle of disease differentiation and treatment,which has the characteristics of special disease and special prescription,while the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine adopts the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which has the characteristics of the same disease and different treatment.Zhuang medicine acupuncture is easier to master than traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. |
