Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of "Dong Disease Xia Zhi" Sanfu Paste In The Prevention And Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis

Purpose:Through clinical trials,to verify the clinical efficacy of "Winter Disease and Summer Treatment" Sanfu Paste in the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis.Material and method:1 Study subjects: Selected from July 2017 to December 2018,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Spleen and Stomach Clinic who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic gastritis,who are over 18 years old,often live in the local area,and the patients are informed and willing to accept the corresponding treatment.2 Test scheme: According to the random number table,500 patients were divided into treatment group(264)and control group(236).The treatment group: acupoint application,prescription: acupoint application(aconite,dried ginger,Evodia rutaecarpa,clove,white mustard,etc.)10 traditional Chinese medicines;the control group: the same formula as the treatment group(dose is 1/15 of the treatment group)as the control group.Acupoint selection: Pishu(double),Weishu(double),Shangwan,Zhongwan,Xiwan.In the three-volt days of each year,from the first day of the first volt,every 10 days,until the end of the volt.3 Observation indicators: follow-up half a year later,statistics of the two groups of patients before and after treatment:(1)general information;(2)integral of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine;(3)curative effect of clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine;(4)PRO scale of spleen and stomach diseases of traditional Chinese medicine;(5)distribution of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and comparison of curative effect.4Statistical analysis: using SPSS25.0 statistical software,the measurement data processing is expressed by x ±s;qualitative data is expressed by(%);measurement data is compared by t-test;counting data is tested by chi-square test;rank sum test is used for rank data;and P < 0.05 is used as statistical significance.Results:1.The baseline of general data(gender,age)of the two groups was the same,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of single symptom in two groups were compared: stomach distension,stomachache,belching,acid reflux,P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,and the scores of nausea/vomiting symptoms were p > 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the total scores of symptoms of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The improvement of the total scores of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).3.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of TCM between the two groups: 3 cases(1.27%)in the control group and 54 cases(22.88%)in the treatment group;18 cases(6.81%)in the treatment group and 169 cases(64.01%)in the treatment group;the total effective rate in the treatment group(70.83%)was higher than that in the control group(24.15%),P < 0.05,with significant difference.4.Comparison of PRO scale of spleen and stomach diseases in two groups: The results showed that there were statistical differences in reflux,dyspepsia and total state scores(p < 0.05),but no statistical differences in symptoms scores of health satisfaction,mental state,defecation and social function(p > 0.05).5.Distribution and curative effect comparison of TCM syndromes: overall distribution: spleen and stomach weakness(number)> liver-stomach discord > liver-stomach stagnation heat > spleen-stomach dampness-heat > Stomach-yin deficiency.The main syndromes included in the treatment group were spleen-stomach weakness and liver-stomach discord.There were fewer cases of other syndromes and there was no comparability.The curative effect of the two groups was not discussed here for the time being.The effect was better than that of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups in the control group.Conclusion:1."Winter disease summer treatment" Sanfu patch can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis.2."Winter Disease and Summer Treatment" Sanfu Patch can improve the integral of reflux,dyspepsia and general state of chronic gastritis patients in PRO scale.3.Spleen-stomach weakness syndrome and liver-stomach disharmony syndrome are the most common symptoms in chronic gastritis patients,and the curative effect of "winter disease treatment in summer" three-fu patch on patients with spleen-stomach weakness syndrome is better than that of patients with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.
