Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis With HP Infection

Objective:to study the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine on chronic gastritis with HP infection.Methods:60 patients were randomly treated with Mongolian medicine Alatan aru-5(after breakfast),Gurgum-13(after lunch),and Zhuang xi-21(after dinner).The symptoms of Mongolian medicine after 7,14 and21 days were compared with the results of Carbon 13 breath test before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate was 100%,the cure rate was 1.76%,the obvious improvement rate was 21.67%,and the improvement rate was 76.67%.After statistical treatment,there was a significant difference between before and after treatment p<0.05.2.Comparison of symptom scores before treatment and one week of treatment:no significant difference(p>0.05).3.Comparison of symptom scores before and after two weeks of treatment:nausea and vomiting symptoms improved significantly(p<0.01).stomach pain,bitter mouth,acid regurgitation,loss of appetite symptoms improved(p<0.05).4.Before and after treatment symptom score comparison:halitosis symptom obviously improved(p<0.01).stomachache,bitter mouth,dry mouth,acid regurgitation,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,upper abdominal discomfort,heating and other symptoms improved(p<0.05).5.Carbon 13 breath test results:there was a significant difference before and after treatment p<0.05.Conclusion:1.HP use of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of infectious chronic gastritis can not only control the amount of gastric acid secretion and bile reflux,but also can effectively protect the gastric mucosa of patients,improve the circulation function of gastric mucosa,and thus change the acidic environment of HP survival to play a better role in anti-inflammatory sterilization.2.Mongolian medicine Alatan aru-5,Gurgum-13,Zhuang xi-21 can effectively improve the ssymptoms of chronic gastritis caused by HP infection.3.Application of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of HP infectious chronic gastritis in the course of stomach pain,upper abdominal discomfort,stomach distension and other symptoms do not aggravate the direct improvement.good clinical efficacy.
