With the development of China's economy,people's living standards are gradually improving,coupled with the aging of China's society,people's demand for medical and health care is gradually increasing,and then the demand for hospital medical staff is also growing.With the deepening of the reform of the medical system,most of the hospitals have changed from the old "big pot" mode to the new mode of personnel management combining the appointment system and the contract system.Contract employees have become an essential part of hospital development.However,the contract system employees do not enjoy the same treatment with the formal staff in terms of salary and other promotion training,which is easy to cause the contract system employees in the work of low satisfaction,work enthusiasm is not strong,and mobility is strong,which is not conducive to the development of the medical director.In the research of yongji hospital,the paper uses the relevant theories and methods of human resource management to work,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to find out the reasons for the loss of contract employees in yongji hospital under multiple influencing factors.At the same time,drawing on the experience of talent management in domestic and foreign hospitals,referring to relevant theories and research results,the paper makes conclusions of the research Analyze and summarize.Finally,the paper puts forward the ways and Countermeasures to improve the loss of contract systememployees in yongji hospital from three dimensions: improving the job satisfaction of contract system employees,improving the salary and welfare satisfaction of contract system employees,and reducing the turnover intention of contract system employees.Through the field investigation and research of yongji hospital,the paper analyzes the reasons of the brain drain of yongji hospital by questionnaire,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to keep the stability of the contract employees of yongji hospital,improve the corresponding management mechanism,and reduce the brain drain of the contract employees in order to provide reference for promoting the construction of the contract employees of yongji hospital.
