With the continuous reform of the domestic medical market,the hospital survival of the external environment has undergone profound changes.The development of medical market structure from a single original to become a multi structure,21 century human resources will become the core competitiveness of the hospital.This kind of competition is no longer a simple commodity and capital competition is to a greater extent each enterprise in the fierce competition.If the employee who can share a large number of high-quality human resources,who can have the initiative in the economic development in the competition.The gap between enterprises to a certain extent is the gap.The importance of employee who can make the introduction,retention,developmentMotivate the enterprise to become the biggest winner in the competition.In the medical industry competition,to provide a lot of good-quality,secure,inexpensive to old people,efficient medical services,there must be a sufficient number of technical personnel and professional technical personnel.Medical nursing is part of the medical personnel in the team only with care.Plenty of professional and technical personnel,in order to continuously improve the quality of medical care,to prevent and eliminate health risks,more effectively protect the life safety of patients.Based on the practice of H hospital,based on a lot of literatures at home and abroad,through a combination of research methods by using a variety of methods,multi-level analysis deeply on H hospital staff turnover problems.Using questionnaire survey,individual interview employees,staff talk.With a statistical analysis of the problems on the internal causes and external causes,and individual reasons three level method causes,analysis of the impact of employee turnover intention factors and the causes of the problem of employee turnover.Put forward to solve the problem of employee turnover in six aspects of the countermeasures are:strengthen administrative management,improve the salaryPay and benefits,focus on personnel management authority,strengthen the construction of H hospital culture,pay attention to the career planning of nursing staff,strengthen the propaganda to improve the social status of nursing staff.Last,the paper summed up the research conclusions,and presents the limitations and shortcomings of the study,as well as the depth of the problem.
