Objective:The paper studied the contract health workers in three military hospital in Hunan Province. The purpose was to understand the loss of contract health workers, to analyze the influencing factor of contract health Technicians turnover intention, and to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for Human Resource Management in the military hospital. It hoped to give the hospital managers or human resource managers some inspiration and help to reach the purpose that steadied contract health technical personnel and promoted the sustainable development of hospital.Methods:To collect the data of Three military hospital about the loss of the contract health technicians in Hunan Province. By using the method of the overall random sampling, it selected200contract health technical personnel to conduct questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included People in general, salary, engaged work, belonging of hospital, leisure activities,incentive factors that affected the turnover intention of health personnel in military hospital. The questionnaires had retrieved after one week and input all valid data in SPSS16.0statistical package. It used the constituent ratio, rate, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis for statistical analysis.Results:1. The loss of the health technicians:The loss rate of contract health technical personnel of Army Central Hospital in Hunan province was 15.96%, and the speed of turnover was tend to slow. At the medical categories, the main loss of personnel was nurses(18.80%). At the educational level, Master’s degree staff turnover rate was very high(64.86%). At the professional titles, the turnover rate of staff with professional titles was higher than staff without professional titles, and the primary titles was the highest(16.95%). At the age, personnel between25and34years old turnover rate was very high(21.84%). At the gender, the male staff turnover rate was high(16.67%). At the source, more than82.88%of the contract health technical personnel were graduating student.2. The turnover intention:200questionnaires of the turnover intention were granted,and186valid were collected. Survey results show that:120with turnover intention, intention to turnover tendency of incidence was64.51%.3.The turnover intention influencing factors of contract health technical personnel in Military hospital:Gender, education, job title, contract personnel management fairness, Consistent degree of income and pay, whether for their own proud of the hospital staff, whether on their own contract staff inferiority, the purpose of the work, the work environment satisfaction affected turnover intention of the contract The system health technical personnel.Conclusion:1.in2009-2012years, The loss rate of contract health technical personnel of Army Central Hospital in Hunan province was15.96%. The highest rate of turnover was appeared in2010, and the rate of turnover was declined in2012. The turnover rate of contract health technical personnel with high academic qualifications, high professional title, age between25to34years was higher than other contract health technical personnel.2. In2009-2012years, The incidence of turnover intention tendency of contract health technical personnel of Army Central Hospital in Hunan province was64.51%.3.Male, highly educated, high grade, personnel management contract not fair,income and pay not match, not proud to be the hospital staff, own contract ashamed to show their talent for the main purpose of personnel turnover intention were stronger.
