Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy, and to observe its effect on rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,so as to provide strong evidence for clinical acupuncture-assisted analgesia. At the same time,it provides a new idea for postoperative analgesia. Methods:From January 2018 to may 2019,60 patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese medicine of orthopedic department were divided into two groups by random number table method, each group 30 cases. The two groups treated with 0.375%ropivacaine for affected side femoral nerve block after the operation.Based on the treatment of control group, electacupuncture was performed in the electacupuncture group 6 hours after operation, the first day and the second day after operation. Both groups were given the same anesthesia and operation. The VAS pain scores at 8,12,24,48 and 72 hours after surgery, postoperative joint swelling, postoperative adverse reactions and postoperative analgesics used were observed and recorded. Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set in this study,60 patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups, and there was no significant difference in age, gender, operation duration between the two groups. In terms of VAS score, there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation. After 8 hours, the VAS score of the electacupuncture group was significantly reduced. The difference of pain between the two groups at 8 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation was statistically significant, and there was no significant difference between the two groups on VAS score of joint pain 72 hours after operation. The degree of joint swelling in the electacupuncture group was lower than that in the control group on the third day after operation. In terms of postoperative adverse reactions, there was no significant difference between the two groups. In addition, the electacupuncture group used lower remedial analgesics than that in the contral group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically siguificant.ConclusuionElectroacupuncture can enhance postoperative analgesia effect of patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, reduce the use of postoperative analgesics, and accelerate the recovery of joint fimction after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
