Objectives: 1.To investigate the analgesic effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ropivacaine in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament after knee arthroscopy;2.To explore the relationship between the degree of pain and CRP and IL-6 values in the AorB group at different time points. Methods : Forty patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction underwent anterior cruciate ligament rupture under the anterior cruciate ligament rupture in Xiangtan City Central Hospital from December 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.Group A: After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate50mg(5ml)+ 10 ml normal saline;group B: anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction after intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate 50mg(5ml)+ 0.5% Ropivacaine 10ml;compare the general data(height, weight, age, operation time, tourniquet time)between the two groups, compare the first day of admission, the first, third, sixth, fourth, fourth, fourth, fourth, fourth, fourth, and fourth hour after the VAS Pain score.A comparative analysis was performed on the sodium hyaluronate group(group A)and the sodium hyaluronate combined with the ropivacaine group(group B).The CRP of group A and group B on the first day of admission and 1,2,and 3 days after surgery were compared. The value of IL-6 was analyzed, and the postoperative VAS pain score scores were correlated with CRP and IL-6 values. The total number of oral analgesics(celecoxib)was compared between group A and group B.The number of cases of adverse reactions.A retrospective analysis of 15 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in Xiangtan Central Hospital was performed. No drug was injected into the joint cavity as a control group C.The VAS scores were compared with the A and B groups. Results: The VAS pain scores of the sodium hyaluronate combined with the ropivacaine group at the 3rd,6th,12 th,24th,48 th and 72 th postoperative anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were lower than those of the sodium hyaluronate injection group and the blank control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores at 3,6,12,24,48,and 72 h after surgery were compared between the sodium hyaluronate group and the blank control group(P>0.05).The CRP values of the observation group were compared at 1,2,and 3 days after operation. The A group was lowerthan the B group(P<0.05).The IL-6 value of the B group was lower than that of the A group at 1 and 2 days after operation(P<0.05).On day 3,IL-6 value B group was higher than group A(P>0.05).In the correlation analysis, there was a certain degree of positive correlation between VAS score and CRP and IL-6 in 1,2,and 3 days after operation. In the postoperative observation group, the total number of analgesic drugs was compared. The frequency of analgesic drugs was lower in the sodium hyaluronate combined with the ropivacaine group. The relative complications in the postoperative A and B group were compared(P>0.05),no statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with ropivacaine can effectively alleviate early knee pain after knee arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL;2.There was a positive correlation between postoperative CRP and IL-6 and postoperative pain.
