Objective: To summarize and analyse the rehabilitation program of anterior cruciate ligament after single bundle reconstruction under arthroscopy in our hospital, and investigate its clinical efficacy,in order to provide an effective, scientific and reasonable rehabilitation program for the clinic.Method: 45 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture undergoing arthroscopic single bundle reconstruction in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were included in the study.According to the rehabilitation program summed up by our hospital, the patients were instructed to perform the corresponding functional training after the operation.Record the information of all patients including basic physical condition, wound healing, the reexamination of MRI 3 months after the operation, patients' subjective satisfaction with rehabilitation program at 6 months after operation, knee joint activity before and 6 months after operation, knee joint stability(Lachman test, anterior drawer test),IKDC score,Lysholm score, through the summary and analysis of the above aspects,to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result: 1.General situation: 45 patients included in this study(there are 30 men and 15 women, with an average age of 35),and all patients were followed up for more than 6 months. All the patients were healed with grade A and no abnormal signs were found. All patients reviewed MRI three months after operation. The continuity of ACL was good.No obvious edema was found in the bone tunnel. The location of the internal fixator was good, and no abnormal signs were found.2.The patients were followed up 6 months after the operation,11 patients were very satisfied with the rehabilitation program, and 34 patients were satisfied with the rehabilitation program,so the patients' satisfaction with the rehabilitation program was high.3.The IKDC and Lysholm scores of patients were compared before and 6 months after operation, respectively.Using statistical analysis, obtain the P value of two subjective scores =0.000 < 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The preoperative and postoperative 6 months for patients underwent physical examination(22 patients with knee joint activities is limited preoperative, failed to complete the anterior drawer test),the results showed that all 45 patients had poor stability of the knee joint before operation, and the postoperative stability was good.5.The activity of the knee joint before the operation was 79.11°±35.965°,The knee joint activity of 6 months after operation was 118.67°± 4.183°.Using statistical analysis, obtain the p value =0.000 < 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The rehabilitation program summed up by our hospital has good effectiveness, safety and practicability for the recovery of knee joint function after ACL single bundle reconstruction.
