Objective:The objective of this study is to observe and analyse the therapeutic efficacy and degree of satisfaction of patients for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with three treatment Intravenous injection, oral, Rectal suppository. The therapeutic efficacy is quantified by observing the analgesic effect, adverse reactions and safety of the three medications.Methods:The90cases of tested patients were selected from our institution at the time frame from March2011to October2012. Patients were randomly selected by the software of SPPS and they were separated into three different groups of A, B, and C. There were30patients in each group, and there were no independent variable among patients’ age, ASA, weight, and time frame of operation. Patients have had arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament reconsyrution operation, and they all were treated with different experimental pain relief medication.. A:serving size5with50mg,250ml of IV; B:take0.1g by mouth, less than4per day; C:serving size1with0.1gram by Rectal suppository. Observation and data recorded were at different time and under different experimental results of VAS evaluation, side effects and satisfactory of the treatments. Results:Clinical observations were obtained from90cases of patients. Results reflected that in the time frame from30minutes to4hours, patients in Group A obtained the best satisfactory effects; the side effects occurring rate was13.3%. In the6hours’ time frame, Group B had the best satisfactory effects; the side effects occurring rate was20%. In the12hours’time frame, Group C reached it best satisfactory effects; the side effects occurring rate was13.3%. All the observation and data were statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:To compare the analgesic effects and adverse reactions of A B C. The trends in our data show that A has the best analgesic effect, rapid action, short term effect and less side effects in tractment of my operation。B takes effect slower and has significant curative effect, long term effect, but higher adverse reaction on gastrointestinal reaction. Compare with A and B, even though the effect of C is long term effect and less adverse reaction, its effect on pain relief is not obviously successful. Results the majority of the patients were satisfied with A in the early treatment.
