The Clinical Study On The Iontophoresis Application Of Shujin Huoxue Decoction In Early Rehabilitation After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Research purpose: The effects of Shujin Huoxue decoction iontophoresis on pain,limb circumference and joint motion after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were observed.To explore the effect of Shujin Huoxue decoction iontophoresis in the early rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and to provide an effective treatment for early rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method: According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,60 patients were selected for arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction from popliteal tendon reconstruction in the Department of Sports Medicine,affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,from March 2017 to September 2018.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The VAS score,knee circumference,knee motion,Lysholm score and knee joint IKDC score were observed and recorded before operation,and the general information of age,sex,course of disease and knee side were collected at the same time.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine fluid resuscitation,ice compress,elastic bandage and external fixation of movable braces,while the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training.Observation group in the control group on the basis of Shujin Huoxue decoction iontophoresis.The VAS score,knee swelling,knee motion,Lysholm score and knee IKDC score were observed and recorded at different time points after operation.The statistical data were analyzed and processed to compare the statistical difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in preoperative general data,observation indicators and operation time(P>0.05).2,postoperative pain relief,VAS score no difference at 12 weeks after surgery(P> 0.05),the difference between the first,second,and fourth weeks was statistically significant(P <0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.3.The joint swelling value on the 2nd day after operation was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The joint swelling value of the two groups was statistically significant at the 2nd and 4th week after treatment(P<0.05).The rate of swelling was better than that of the control group,and the joints returned to normal at 12 weeks after surgery.There was no difference between the two groups.4.For the improvement of joint mobility after operation,the activity of the observation group was better than that of the control group at the 2nd,4th,and 12 th week after operation(P<0.05).5.In terms of postoperative joint function score,the Lysholm and IKDC scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 12 weeks after operation,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shujin Huoxue decoction iontophoresis is effective in reducing joint pain and speeding up the regression of joint swelling,and can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Shujin Huoxue decoction iontophoresis therapy is a kind of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides an effective treatment for the rehabilitation of patients after anterior cross reconstruction.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
