Objective:In this study,we used electroacupuncture to treat patients with perimenopausal hypertension and analysis the effectness,so as to provide new evidence for clinical practice of perimenopausal hypertention with the therapy of electroacupuncture. Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a trail group or a control group.Basic treatment was used in both groups, and electroacupuncture was added in the trial group.During this study, the ambulatory blood pressure, office blood pressure, home blood pressure of the patients, and menopausal symptom scales such as the modified Kupperman Idex?the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)questionnaire?TCM Syndrome Scale were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.Ambulatory blood pressure:At the endpoint,The mean 24h systolic blood pressure, the mean systolic blood pressure, the nocturnal systolic blood pressure, and the 24h diastolic blood pressure, the mean diastolic blood pressure, and the nocturnal diastolic blood pressure in the trail group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment, with statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Office blood pressure:At the endpoint,The mean office systolic blood pressure and the mean office diastolic blood pressure in the trail group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment, with statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Home blood pressure:The mean home systolic blood pressure in the trail group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the mean home diastolic blood pressure in the trail group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.Scale evaluation:The modified Kupperman Idex?the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)questionnaire?TCM Syndrome Scale of the trail group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture therapy for perimenopausal hypertension could effectively discrease blood pressure levels of patients including office blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure.2.Electroacupuncture therapy for perimenopausal hypertension could effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopause women.
