Clinical Research Of Jianpi Shugan Yishen Prescription On Treating The Perimenopausal Syndrome With Hypertension

This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription combined with enalapril tablets and enalapril tablets in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome with hypertension of liver and kidney yin deficiency and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.We summarized the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners,and provided ideas for Chinese medicine to treat this disease.According to the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China(Revised Edition of 2018),"Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology" on Peri-menopausal Syndrome and "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for TCM Syndrome" and "Diagnostic Criteria for Common Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine" on Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency The diagnostic criteria of Hegan Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome was included in the clinic of Liuzhen Studio of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.62 cases of peri-menopausal syndrome with hypertension combined with liver and kidney yin deficiency and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into control group.There were 31 cases in each treatment group.The control group was given enalapril tablets.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,Kupperman score and TCM symptom score were used to observe the curative effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment for 4 weeks.SPSS 22.0 processes the data.During the treatment period,there were 2 cases of shedding,the sheddingrate was 3.2%,and the shedding rate was <10%.All of them were in the control group.A total of 60 cases were completed in the clinical study,including 29 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group,which met the requirements of the research design.The results showed that:(1)There were no significant differences in age,duration of disease,blood pressure grading,mean blood pressure,Kupperman score,and TCM symptom scores and total scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable;(2)Regarding the comparison of blood pressure,the blood pressure of the treatment group was statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the control group before and after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the two groups after treatment was compared between groups.90.0% in the treatment group was higher than 79.3% in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(3)Kupperman scores in the treatment group were statistically different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Kupperman scores before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).Kupperman scores were statistically different between groups(P<0.05);(4)Regarding the improvement of TCM symptoms,the comparison of single symptom of TCM before and after treatment showed that there was no statistical difference in menstrual disorders(P>0.05),the other symptoms were statistically different(P<0.05),and the TCM single symptoms before and after treatment in the control group.The results showed that there were no significant differences in symptoms other than vertigo and palpitations(P>0.05).The scores of TCM single symptoms after treatment between the two groups showed headache,heat,irritability,flank pain,and less food.There was a statistically significant difference between spontaneous sweating,insomnia,and weak waist and knee(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between vertigo,menstrual disorders and palpitations(P>0.05).The efficacy of TCM symptoms wasalways effective.The treatment group was 93.5%> control group.65.5%,statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)All patients in the treatment group had not found any significant adverse reactions throughout the clinical observation.Conclusion:(1)Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription combined with enalapril tablets and enalapril tablets can reduce the blood pressure level of patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency and liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome with hypertension.The effect is similar.(2)Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription combined with enalapril tablets is superior to enalapril tablets in reducing peri-menopausal syndrome Kupperman score.(3)Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription combined with enalapril tablets can improve the symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in peri-menopausal syndrome patients with hypertension in addition to menstrual disorders,and improve headache,heat,and rush The effects of anger,flank pain,eating less,spontaneous sweating,insomnia,and weak waist and knee are better than enalapril alone.(4)Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription combined with enalapril tablets is superior to enalapril in the treatment of liver-kidney-yin deficiency,liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome with hypertension.(5)During this clinical observation period,no obvious adverse reactions were found in Jianpi Shugan Yishen prescription.
