Electroacupuncture Acupoints Lumbosacral Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Ovarian Function In Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the effct of the waist-sacrum-acupuncture with electricity for treatment of PMS by clinical experiment system,the clinical experiment provided new treatment thinking to treat PMS.Methods:60 cases of PMS were randomly divided into three groups,the treatment group(by the waist-sacrum-acupuncture with electricity)20ca ses, the ordinary acupuncture with electricity group 20 cases and the medicine (LiWeiAi)group 20 cases.We observed their clinical systems,measured estradiol(E2),follile stimulating hormone(FSH),uteinizing hormone (LH)levels,and discuss the safety quality of this therapeutic method.Conclusion:1,The therapeutic effects of the Electroacupuncture Acupoints lumbosacral for treatment of PMS achieved satisfied clinical effect mainly with the waist-sacrum-acupuncture with electricity for treatment of PMS,and provided new treatment thinking to treat PMS。2,The therapeutic effects of the Electroacupuncture Acupoints lumbosacralfor treatment of PMS had effect on regulating the E2,FSH,LH levels in serum,and had significant improve function on the Kupperman score index,better than the other tow groups,and without adverse reaction.
