1.Objective Through the study of Electroacupuncture on the clinical efficacy of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,to observe the average 24-hour hyperthermia score, the menopausal symptom evaluation scale(MRS)score and the follicle estrogen(FSH),luteinizing hormone LH)and estradiol(E2),and to further explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment of this disease, and provide scientific evidence for clinical practice.2.Methods Sixty patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group(30cases).The patients were mainly recruited by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Electroacupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group acupoints the same point is the uterus,Guan Yuan,Tianshu,Sanyinjiao, too Creek, too red.Conventional acupuncture group on the acupuncture points for ordinary acupuncture.Electroacupuncture group in the conventional acupuncture on the basis of the electro-acupuncture instrument connected to the bilateral uterus and Tianshu points, select the dense wave, adjust the frequency of 10/50 HZ,the patient can tolerate the skin degree and each time the needle 30 minutes, once every other day treatment, the two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of serum hormones FSH,LH and E2 were observed before and after treatment at 0 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.Data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.3.Results analysis(1)The average 24 h Hongre integral Comparison of conventional acupuncture group before and after treatment. After the end of the 8-week course, the calcination score of the conventional acupuncturegroup was significantly different from that of the first week(P<0.05).After 12 weeks, the calcification score of conventional acupuncture group was significantly different from that of week 0(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the conventional acupuncture group and the calcination score at week 8(P>0.05).Indicating that conventional acupuncture can improve the peristalsis of patients with hyperthermia points, which in the 8 weeks after the end of treatment to12 weeks can also basically maintain the therapeutic effect.Electroacupuncture group before and after treatment group comparison: After the end of the 8-week course, there was significant difference between the electrothermal group and the 0-week calcination score(P<0.01).After 12 weeks, there was significant difference between the electrothermal group and the 0th week(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the electrothermal group and the aerobic score at the 8th week(P>0.05).Indicating that electro-acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, the clinical symptoms have a significant improvement in the 8 weeks after the end of treatment to 12 weeks can also be better to maintain the efficacy of treatment period.Comparison between conventional acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group(P>0.05).After 8weeks of treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating that electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture can alleviate the phenomenon of perimenopausal baking, electroacupuncture long-term efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture.(2)Comparison of MRS scores between the two groups Comparison of conventional acupuncture group before and after treatment. After the end of the 8-week course, the MRS score of the conventional acupuncture group was significantly different from the MRS score at week 0(P<0.05).After 12 weeks, the MRS score of the conventional acupuncture group was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the MRS score at week 0.That was not statistically significantcompared with the MRS score at week 8(P>0.05).Indicating that conventional acupuncture on the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome to improve the role of its 8 weeks after the end of treatment to 12 weeks can also basically maintain the therapeutic effect.Electroacupuncture group before and after treatment group comparison: After 8 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference between MRS score and MRS score at week 0(P <0.01).After 12 weeks, there was significant difference between MRS score and MRS score at week 0(P <0.05).There was significant difference between MRS score and MRS score at 8th week(P>0.05).Indicating that electro-acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, the clinical symptoms have a significant improvement in the 8 weeks after the end of treatment to 12 weeks can also be better to maintain the efficacy of treatment period.Comparison between conventional acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group(P>0.05).After 8weeks of treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture can reduce the MRS score of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and improve the body sensation, psychological feeling and urogenital symptoms. The effect of electroacupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture.(3)Comparison of sex hormone levels Comparison of conventional acupuncture group before and after treatment. At the end of 8 weeks, the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in routine acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in FSH,LH and E2 at week 0,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 weeks, the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in conventional acupuncture group were not significantly different from those in FSH,LH and E2 at week 8(P>0.05).Electroacupuncture group before and after treatment group comparison. There was no significant difference in the levels of FSH,LH and E2 between EA group and FSH,LH and E2 at week 0 after the end of 8 weeks(P>0.05).After 12 weeks, the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those in FSH,LH and E2 at week 8(P>0.05).However,the analysis of the experimental data showed that serum FSH,LH levels showed a slight downward trend,E2 level increased slightly.Comparison between conventional acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group before and after treatment. There was no significant difference in the levels of FSH,LH and E2 between electroacupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group before treatment(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of hormone between the electroacupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group, which may be related to the small sample size and the data discretization.(4)The efficiency comparison between the two groups After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the EA group was 90%,the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 70%.There were difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 12 weeks, the total effective rate of the EA group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 56.7%,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating that both groups failed to significantly improve the patient's FSH,LH,E2 levels.Conclusion(1)Electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the average24-hour hyperthermia score and MRS scale in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. There was no significant change in serum FSH,LH and E2 levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.(2)Electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture have the clinical effect of patients with perimenopausal syndrome, but electroacupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture.(3)Electroacupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome 8 weeks after the end of treatment to 12 weeks long-term effect is better than conventional acupuncture.
