Clinical Study Of Tongluo Jiedu Beam DecoctioTreatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To observe the clinical Changes in TCM syndrome and related medical index before and after treatment to observe the Tongluo Jiedu decoction treating qi and yin deficiency type beam in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, effects of medicine Tongluo Jiedu decoction treating qi and yin deficiency type beam of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy was evaluated and discussed the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods：Select from 2011 January to 2013 June in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rizhao City Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of Endocrinology inpatient andoutpatient Qi and yin deficiency type of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with 66 cases, divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group (33 cases, after falling 1 case) in the conventional hypoglycemic basis, according to the blood pressure levels, given the Maher Bbe Chatain treatment of 0.15-0.3gqd; The treatment group (33 cases, intolerant Chinese medicine fall off in 1 cases)on the base of decreasing blood glucose, and give Maher Bbe Chatain and unblocking beam decoction.Treatment for 12 weeks. Observed before and after the treatment of TCM symptoms, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), blood rheology, blood pressure(SBP),nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET-1) and other indicators of change. Results：After 12 weeks of treatment, two groups of TCM symptoms improved, urinary albumin excretionrate, blood rheology, blood lipid, blood pressure, HbAlc, ET-1 index decreased significantly, NO increased significantly in the treatment group, symptom improvement, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum lipid, NO, ET-1 were higher in control group with significant difference in the HbAlc, but the treatment and blood pressure after the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions: Tongluo Jiedu decoction treating qi and yin deficiency type beam early nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus exactly.
