Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Bloodletting Therapy Combined With Pharyngeal Ultrasonic Atomization Inhalation In Treating Acute Laryngeal Paralysis With Wind-heat Invasion Syndrome

Objective: This topic through the research acupuncture bloodletting therapy and pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy to treat acute throat arthralgia wind-heat external attack syndrome curative effect,observes and compares the acupuncture bloodletting therapy to treat acute pharyngitis the function and the symptom improvement effect,further promotes the acupuncture bloodletting therapy,relieves the pain as soon as possible for the patient.Methods: From November 2018 to November 2019,72 patients diagnosed as acute throat arthralgia due to external wind-heat attack were selected from the outpatient department of otolaryngology of Jilin provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.the suitable subjects were randomly divided into two groups by random control test method.acupuncture bloodletting therapy combined with pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy group and pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy group were used.After 5 days,the improvement effect of pharyngalgia,pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia and other symptoms was evaluated.All data of 72 cases of investigation results were entered into the database,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture bloodletting combined with pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation is 97%,and that of pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation is 88%.The difference of curative effect index between the two groups was significant p value of 0.042<0.05.In the treatment group of acupuncture bloodletting combined with pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation,the difference in gender and therapeutic effect index,the significant P value of variance analysis is 0.812>0.05,and the difference in age and therapeutic effect index,the significant P value of variance analysis is0.064>0.05.In the pharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation treatment group,the difference between gender and curative effect index is 0.003<0.05 in variance analysis results,and the difference between age and curative effect index is 0.280>0.05 in variance analysis results.In the treatment group of acupuncture bloodletting combined withpharyngeal ultrasonic atomization inhalation,the improvement effect of the four scoring symptoms before and after treatment,uvula and soft palate edema showed moderate correlation before and after treatment,while the other three groups showed strong correlation.In the pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group,the improvement effect of the four scoring symptoms before and after treatment is moderate correlation between pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia and swelling,uvula and soft palate edema before and after treatment,and strong correlation between the other two groups.Conclusion: The total effective rate of acupuncture and bloodletting combined with pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group was significantly higher than that of the pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group.Both groups had slightly more women than men in the overall effective range.The two groups were the most cured in the age groups 20-29 and 30-39.The curative effect index of acupuncture bloodletting and pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group was better than that of pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group.In the treatment group of acupuncture and pharyngeal ultrasound,there was no significant difference in gender,age and efficacy index.In the pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group,there was a significant difference between different genders and efficacy index,and the gender difference was greater in males than in females,while there was no significant difference between different age groups and efficacy index.In terms of the improvement effect of specific symptoms,the improvement effect of acupuncture and bloodletting combined with pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group was better than that of the pharyngeal ultrasound treatment group.
