Clinical Observation Of The Auxiliary Treatment Of The Acute Tonsillitis In Children (Type Of Wind-heat Attack Exterior) With Scraping Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical observation of the auxiliary treatment of the acute tonsillitis in children with the type of wind-heat attack exterior with scraping therapy in case to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,130 children aged between 1 and 14 years were randomly divided into trial group and control group.The trial group was treated with scraping therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 7 days.Results:1.A total of 130 cases were included in this trial,127 of which completed the clinical trial observation,among which 2 cases of trial group shedding,1 case of control group shedding,the rate of shedding was 2.31%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment.2.After the treatment,the two groups of treatment methods can reduce the TCM syndrome score,the effective rate of the trial group is 96.83%,the effective rate of the control group is 92.19%.The difference of the efficiency of the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The cure rate of the test group was 66.67%,and that of the control group was 42.19%.The cure rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared the antipyretic time between the two groups,the antipyretic rate of the trial group was 71.43% after two days of treatment,the antipyretic rate of the control group was 53.13%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3days of treatment,the antipyretic rate was 88.89% in the tiral group and 65.63% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the antipyretic rate of the trial group was 95.24%,and that of the control group was 87.5%,there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).4.The difference of before and after treatment in the trial group and the control group was statistically significant in improving sore throat,signs of pharynx,stool,urine,tongue,pulse/fingerprint(P<0.05).Compared with control group,there was significant difference in improving pharyngeal signs and stool(P < 0.05).Between the trial group and the control group,there was no significant difference in improving pharynx,urine,tongue and pulse/fingerprint(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the auxiliary treatment of the acute tonsillitis with the type of wind-heat attack exterior with scraping therapy and take traditional Chinese medicine only,the effective rate of this two groups is equally.Compared with the two groups,the cure rate of the group of scraping is higher than that of taking traditional Chinese medicine only.2.In the aspect of antipyretic effect,scraping therapy can shorten the time of fever of the acute tonsillitis with the type of wind-heat attack exterior and have better antipyretic effect.3.The scraping therapy is better in the improvement of pharyngeal signs and stool.
