The Clinical Effect Observation Of Sangchan Liyan Granule In Treatment Of Acute Tonsillitis In Children With Syndrome Of Wind-heat Invasion

Objective: By observing and studying the clinical efficacy of Sangchan Liyan Granule on treating acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of wind-heat invasion,to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy.It provides new ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine on treating acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of wind-heat invasion and lays a certain foundation for clinical application.At the same time,this study can also train and improve my clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability.Methods:In this subject,seventy-two cases of children of acute tonsillitis with syndrome of wind-heat invasion who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group(Sangchan Liyan Granule group)and the control group(Xiaoer Qingyan Granule group)by using random number table method.In the end,it was guaranteed that there would be no less than thirty valid cases in each group.Three days were regarded as a course of treatment.The patient took the medicine continuously for two courses of treatment.The changes of the patient's condition before and after treatment were carefully observed and recorded.Before and after the syndrome quantitative score was carried out.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze and draw conclusions on the basic of corresponding mathematical statistical methods.The clinical curative effect of Sangchan Liyan granule was evaluated objectively and truthfully.Results:Sangchan Liyan Granule could effectively relieve or eliminate the clinical symptoms and signs of acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of wind-heat invasion.(1)After three days of treatment,the total effective rates of theobservation group and the control group were 73.5% and 61.3% respectively.After six days of treatment,the total effective rates were 91.2% and 87.1% respectively.The total curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,compared with before treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups of children were effective(P < 0.05).(3)The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving the total syndromes and main syndromes(P < 0.05).In terms of improving secondary syndromes,the curative effects of the two groups were similar(P > 0.05).(4)The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving throat discomfort or pain and tonsillar enlargement(P < 0.05).However,in terms of improving dysphagia and tonsillar hyperemia,the curative effects of the two groups were similar(P > 0.05).(5)The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving nasal obstruction,runny nose,cough,thirst,reduced diet and fever(P < 0.05).However,the curative effects of the two groups were same in improving dry stool,yellow urine and dry red lips(P > 0.05).(6)The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in the time of disappearance of pharyngalgia and the time of heat regression(P <0.05).However,the curative effects of the two groups were same in the regression time of tonsillar hyperemia(P > 0.05).(7)In improving the abnormality of blood cell analysis(WBC,NEU%,LYM%),hs-CRP and SAA,both groups were effective as compared with before treatment(P < 0.05);Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the curative effects were same(P > 0.05).(8)No adverse reactions appeared in the observation group during the treatment.In the control group,one child developed diarrhea during treatment.Conclusion: Through clinical observation and research,it has been shown that Sangchan Liyan Granule has definite curative effect on the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of wind-heat invasion.It can effectively shorten the time of heat regression,the disappearance of pharyngalgia and the regression time of tonsillar hyperemia,and can obviously improve the blood cell analysis(WBC,NEU%,LYM%),hs-CRP and SAA abnormalities.Moreover,Sangchan LiyanGranule has no obvious adverse reactions.At the same time,the subject has trained and improved my clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability.
