Purpose:Topics intended to evaluate the intended jin deng soup in to treat acutePharyngitis (wind-heat type),in specific clinical efficacy and pu di lan anti-inflammatoryoral solution as a control group, the difference in efficacy observed jin deng soup and thepu di lan anti-inflammatory oral solution,ultimately hoping for more patients to relieveor reduce the pain.Method:The60cases were divided into control group of30patients and atreatment group of30patients randomized protocol. A treatment group will treatmentedby traditional Chinese medicine jin deng soup, boil the traditional Chinese medicine,oneday drink one potion in the morning and evening, three days for a course oftreatment,Used in conjunction with two courses. The control group was given Pu di lananti-inflammatory oral solution,oral, once10ml,3times a day. The same course withthe treatment group.Results:The total score in the treatment group and the control group after treatmentshowed that P <0.05, significant difference in total score after the treatment of thetreatment group and the control group. Comparison of the difference of the symptomsand signs before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group in theburning sensation of the throat, the mandibular angle lymph node indicators, P <0.05,there is a significant difference; in the throat symptoms check of P <0.01, highlysignificant differences; sore throat, pharyngeal itching, tongue and pulse pharyngealmucosa congestion, pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, the lateral pharyngealcongestive uplift indicators, P>0.05, no significant difference; treatment group and thecontrol group, treatment the integration difference before and after the P=0.012<0.05, and it was found that both groups there was a significant difference.Conclusion:Cure rate was33.3%, effective rate of36.6%, total effective rate was96.7%, significantly higher than that in the control group, the treatment group aftertreatment, symptoms, signs score and total score were higher, and in the pharynx dry,burning sensation of the throat, lymph nodes of mandibular angle was significantly betterthan the control group. The integral difference treatment group than the control group itis superior to the control group in the improvement of symptoms. It can be concludedthat: jin deng soup on efficacy in the treatment of the acute Pharyngitis (wind-heat type)was significantly better than the control group pu di lan anti-inflammatory oral solution.
