The Clinical Study Of Yinqiao Powder Combined With Qingyanxiatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Wind-heat Syndrome Of Pediatric Acute Pharyngitis

Purpose:By observing the changes of symptoms and signs of Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction after treatment,to explore the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction for acute pharyngitis with exogenous wind-heat syndrome.Methods:In this study,72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1 : 1.The treatment group was treated with Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction,and the control group was treated with Lanqin oral liquid.Both groups were treated with drugs for 7 days.The changes of symptoms and signs in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of relevant data.Results:1.In the comparison of main symptoms,Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction was better than Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of sore throat and dry burning heat of pharynx,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.In the comparison of secondary symptoms,Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction was superior to Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of pharyngeal itching,fever,cough and expectoration,general discomfort,dry stool and yellow urine(P < 0.05).3.In the comparison of physical signs,Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction was more effective than Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of pharyngeal mucosa uvhumeral congestion swelling,posterior pharyngeal wall lymph follicular hyperplasia,and mandibular lymph node swelling and pain,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Yinqiao powder and Qingyanxiatan decoction in the treatment of acute pharyngitis exogenous wind-heat syndrome markedly effective rate was77.14%,the total effective rate was 94.28%;Control group markedly effective rate was 52.77%,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference in the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction was superior to Lanqin oral liquid in terms of efficacy.Conclusion:1.Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction and Lanqin oral liquid have good curative effect on children with acute pharyngitis Windheat syndrome。2.Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction is superior to Lanqin oral liquid in improving the clinical symptoms of children with acute pharyngitis Wind-heat syndrome.3.Both treatments are safe.4.Yinqiao powder combined with Qingyanxiatan decoction can be used as treatment for children with acute pharyngitis Wind-heat syndrome.Compared with Lanqin oral liquid,it has good curative effect and low recurrence rate,which can effectively alleviate the pain of children and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
