Observation Of Curative Effect Of Xia Xi Mixture On Grade 1 And 2 Hypertension

Objective: In this project,Xia Xi mixture was used to treat patients with grade 1 and 2hypertension.Observe the effectiveness and safety of this method to reduce blood pressure,provide new treatment methods for clinical treatment of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the treatment plan for hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this subject,72 patients with grade 1 and 2 hypertension who met the criteria of diagnosis,acceptance and scheduling in the outpatient department of the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group 36 cases and control 36 cases in group.The control group was given an angiotensin II receptor antagonist 1 valsartan capsule,once a day,orally in the morning.On the basis of the basic treatment of the control group,the test group was given 2 sachets of Xia Xi Mixture,twice a day,with 150 ml of warm water.The treatment cycle is 4 weeks.Observe the effectiveness and safety of blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure value,and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment.The data of patients before and after treatment were collected,and calculated and processed using Spss22.0statistical data software.Results: In this study,the clinical blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure values of the patients in the test group and the control group were significantly changed before and after treatment.Both the test group and the control group could effectively reduce blood pressure,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01)However,there was no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect between the two groups,and there was no significant statistical significance(P>0.05);in terms of improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the vertigo symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment,with statistically significant Significance of learning(P<0.01),headache,and head-wrapsymptoms also improved,indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The research in this subject shows that Xia Xi mixture can effectively reduce the blood pressure in the office and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,and improve the symptoms of TCM such as dizziness,headache,and head wrap.It provides a new treatment method for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat hypertension and improves the medical treatment plan.
