Preliminary Research To Effects Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of SH Mixture On Respiratory Tract Inflammation Induced By Virus

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine of SH mixture on respiratory tract inflammation induced by virus and preliminarily evaluate its safety.Methods 1. The clinical symptoms, mortality rate and incidence rate were observed to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Chinese Medicine of SH mixture on ILT in peacocks. 2. Peacocks with ILT and mice which marrow and immune system were inhibited were used to study the effects of Chinese medicine of SH mixture on immune and hemopoietic system, blood routine and blood biochemistry. 3. The safety of Chinese medicine of SH mixture was evaluated via the acute toxicity and subacute toxicity study in mice and rabbits.Results 1. Administration of Chinese medicine of SH mixture could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the mortality caused by ILT in peacocks.
