Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Fire-Type Anxiety Disorder By Qingre Defeat-Four Decoction Combined With Tanduprothone Citrate Tablets

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect and syndrome improvement of QingreDiaoFuJing combined with Tanduprothone Citrate in the treatment of hepatic depression and fire anxiety disorder.Methods :92 patients with hepatic depression and fire anxiety disorder who visited the outpatient department of encephalopathy in shanxi traditional chinese medicine hospital in december 2018~ december 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and test group,of which 47 cases were in the test group and 45 cases in the control group.The test group was given Qingre Diefeng Fang plus or minus plus or minus Tanduprexone Citrate tablets,one dose of traditional Chinese medicine daily,one dose in the morning and evening,one tablet each time,three times a day.Test and control groups(except before and after treatment)were recorded abscission cases)changes before and after hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),zong's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and symptom improvement of traditional chinese medicine syndrome scale score to evaluate the clinical efficacy of clearing away heat and removing vexation prescription plus or minus combined with tanduprone citrate tablets in the treatment of liver depression fire anxiety disorder.Results: After 6 weeks of treatment,the results were as follows :1 The control group cured 7 cases,the significant effect 7 cases,the effective 16 cases,the invalid 8 cases,the cure rate is 18.4%,the total effective rate is 79.0%.The curative rate was 50.0%and the total effective rate was 90.0%.The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups were different and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.(2)HAMA comparison of the changes of the scale score: the total HAMA score of the two groups before and after treatment was P?0.05,which showed significant statistical difference,suggesting that the experimental group was better than the control group.(3)SAS scale score comparison: the total score of SAS in group and group was P?0.05,which showed significant statistical difference,suggesting that the experimental group was better than the control group.Comparison of TCM syndrome scale: the total score of TCM syndrome scale and the difference of symptom score of TCM syndrome scale in group and group were P?0.05,which showed significant statistical difference.Conclusion: The curative effect of Qingre Diefeng Fang plus or minus combined with Tanduprothone Citrate tablets was better than that of Tanduprothone Citratetablets,which can obviously alleviate the symptoms of anxiety.The effect of heat clearing and removing annoyance combined with tandupirone citrate tablets is better than that of tandupirone citrate tablets in improving the four symptoms of irritability,anxiety tension,mood restlessness,insomnia and dreams.
