Clinical Observation Of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Fire Derived From Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type Breast Cancer

Research purposes:This study mainly used Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of female breast cancer-related anxiety and depression disorder patients with fire derived from stagnation of liver-qi type,and evaluated its symptoms,efficacy and drug safety in improving the female breast cancer-related anxiety and depression disorder patients with fire derived from stagnation of liver-qi type,so as to provide more reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Objectives and Methods:In this study,75 female patients with breast cancer-related anxiety and depression disorder(fire derived from stagnation of liver-qi type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All cases were treated with doctor-patient communication and mindfulness decompression therapy.The basic prescription of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder was added and subtracted in the treatment group,while the control group was treated with flupentixotene melitracen tablet(deanxit)for two weeks.One course of treatment,two courses of treatment after the evaluation of the efficacy.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Chinese Medicine Symptom Score Scale(TCM Symptom Score)and KPS Score Scale were used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms,curative effect,effectiveness and drug safety before and after treatment.RESULTS:Up to the end of this study,there were 5 abscission cases in the two groups,3 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group.The remaining 70 subjects were all effective cases.The baseline data of the two groups were comparable:1.The scores of HAMA scale,HAMD scale and total scores of TCM symptoms were compared.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);2.Single TCM symptom score comparison:(1)intra-group comparison:there was significant difference between the main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the treatment group(P<0.05),while there was significant difference between the control group(P<0.05).Secondary symptoms except insomnia and dreaminess;2)there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)inter-group comparison:after treatment,there was significant difference in the main symptoms between the two groups.The difference(P<0.05)was significant except for dizziness,blurred eyes and tinnitus,yellow urine,irregular stool or constipation nodules(P<0.05);3.Compared with KPS score,the effective rates of KPS score in the two groups were 71.43%and 48.57%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05);4.Safety evaluation:There was no significant difference in blood routine,stool routine+occult blood test,urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte and electrocardiogram between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Research conclusions:1.Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of breast cancer-related anxiety and depression disorder in terms of HAMA reduction rate and HAMD reduction rate,improving clinical symptoms of patients,and improving the quality of life of patients..Through the analysis of experimental data,it is concluded that the therap'eutic effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder is significantly better than that of Dailixin group.2.Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder not only has significant courative effect in clinical treatment,but also has no obvious side effects.It provides a new treatment way for breast cancer-related anxiety and depression disorder patients and can be widely used in clinical practice.
